  2. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  3. This feature would add a new column or row in reports that automatically excludes vouchers from package sales. The functionality would:

    • Automatically identify and filter out vouchers associated with package sales in reports
    • Eliminate the need for manual filtering of packages with vouchers
    • Provide a more streamlined and accurate view of sales data
    • Save time and reduce potential errors in reporting

    This enhancement would improve the efficiency of report generation and analysis, allowing businesses to quickly access relevant sales data without the extra step of manually filtering out package vouchers.

  6. Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.

    We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

  14. Ability to allow a service to be booked with one resource or another, or to have a service that can be booked with both resources.
    Example:
    BBL+Moxi = BBL-Moxi Machine

  16. Please make a way that we can be alerted via the app that we have an unread text messages, so we can respond right away without having to log in. We are unable to respond in a timely fashion because we dont get an alert.

  19. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  20. We are having issues where our clients are filling their forms out and the providers are coming to grab them because they have receive the check in alert. It would be nice if it didn't alert them until after they have completed their form so they client isn't feeling rushed by the provider coming in to grab them.
