  1. A "stamp" you press the number from a drop down and just stamp the number plain, no box. no line, where you put it is where it drops, more simplified for marking up charts.

  2. check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

  3. A complete detailed cancellation list for a period of time. For Instance- wanting to send out a text blast to recent guests who have cancelled and not rescheduled yet.

  5. In some of the charts we use, we need grids with titles and text boxes to add information. It could be an option under the Paragraph option in the Build tab

  6. Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

  9. Need the option on the backend/accounting settings where employers can input commission % on/for each products/services/etc. so the service providers are able to see what they are actually getting paid for, for each item on a sales ticket individually.

  11. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

  12. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  16. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  17. Would be amazing for the provider to add a chart on the client profile without it having to be attached to a service. Sometimes we do follow-up calls on patients (way after their appointment) and want to be able to use the chart we created for it instead of just showing it in the "client notes"which can be difficult to keep track of, and no way to filter out

  18. Rather than pausing the membership and charging nothing, it would be great to be able to put the membership on pause while still charging something (like $10) to make sure card is still active and in lieu of charging a cancellation/reactivation fee

  19. Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:

    • Select which data columns to display
    • Arrange columns in their preferred order
    • Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
    • Save custom Summary layouts for future use

    Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.
