  4. Stylists should be able to view all client information without being able to edit. Right now the only option to give employees access to phone numbers/emails is to also give access to edit.

  5. Currently, membership statuses only reflect a single state at a time. This limits visibility into important membership history and lifecycle changes. For example, if a membership is in a past due state and the customer then cancels, the system only shows cancelled, which removes critical context.

    Ask is to see an enhancement that allows multiple statuses to be displayed simultaneously or in sequence such as showing both past due and cancelled status within the membership.

  7. I have had difficulty setting up an Event that i need clients to sign up for. I have had to use another platform and then encored cost. Maybe I am unaware how to do, but thus far have not been able to do this.

  8. When looking at a refund for an order, there is no indication for whether commission was clawed back or not. It would be ideal to have that on the refund and not have to look at the detailed commission report.

  9. I used to never get any disputes with my other credit card machines, Elavon. Im a little shock by the amount I have lost and dealt with on actual customers. I want to see if anyone else is seeing an up tick from Boulevard to their previous companies and why.

  11. Create an option for a custom package. For example, if we run a BOGO laser hair removal package, we would need to make a package for every single area (underarms, bikini etc) and then change them monthly. Can we please have a custom package option where we can load vouchers, discounts etc all at once to check them out with?

  12. when looking at service/product catalog or staff members, inactive profiles are unnecessary so a filer would be helpful. Not all records reports have an "active" column so it isn't always actually even clear what is active or not.

  13. Updating a past product / package sale for example will move the sale in reporting from the date of sale to the date it was updated for said provider.

    This essentially invalidates past iterations of said report and can cause issues with accounting. We would like an option to turn this behavior off or an offering of a solution.

  14. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

  16. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  17. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

  19. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  20. I've noticed when you try to rebook a client from their service history, their service provider (stylist/colorist) disappears from the calendar. It would make the most sense that the client's stylist/colorist's schedule would be the only one to appear or at the very least remain visible on the calendar. When this happens, I'm then having to manually pull the stylist name and schedule up in order to book the client.
