  1. It would be nice to have a field in the client data area for their preferred name. We need to have legal names as well but want to be able to keep track of what our clients prefer to be called.

  2. Google workspace allows for hippa compliant licenses. MDs could use Blvd more as an EMR by using google docs and linking them into Blvd. This would allow them to create flowsheets such as weight loss, and use templated chart notes. Currently they would have to download the doc as a pdf and upload- which is alot of steps. A direct link would be much better

  3. A lot of our patients are having trouble with the book online link. When they're existing patients and they log in, the service menu does not appear. However, if they click "new patient? book now" it does give them the service menu. It's weird.

  5. To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

  6. When the iPad goes from landscape to portrait or the other way around it deletes the notes and mark-ups. This happens a lot with our providers.

  8. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  9. It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for.   10. Please add the option to have an automatic calculation based off the answers clients filled in the forms - for example automatically calculate results from PHQ and GAD mental health scales that they fill out.

  11. Incase of a mistake of a staff member completing the Chart in another staff member’s dashboard, it would be nice to be able to change the name of the staff member that competed the Chart.

  12. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  13. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  15. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  17. There is a square, line, and X, but would love to track Coolsculpting treatments on the Boulevard system. It would be great to have an oval to show where their cycle was placed.
