  1. Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  3. Downloading the sales summary report results in different numbers of rows and different orders for the rows (I am not sure what logic sorts them, I haven't figured it out)

    It would be useful for them to stay in the same order for every download. I understand that payment methods may need to move around as new payment methods can be added, but keeping the same basic order would be great!

  4. Providing us with metrics on the marketing campaigns that are sent out. I want to be able to see who it was sent to and who booked an appointment. Open rates etc.

  5. If you could send more product sales details to shopify accurately becauser your reports are lacking and I could use shopify reporting for product sales and all their product reports. In addition their PO system is much better and would allow me to use their product tracking better

  6. Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

  8. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  16. Having a combined report that is a more detailed sales report that includes a variety of report categories. It specifically includes the following:

    Sales Summary - shows all your sales for services, classes, packages, products, gift certificates, memberships

    Payment Distribution shows all the payment types you've processed in the software. You can specifically see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions, and other types of payments.

    Product sales - shows all your sales for each product

    Service and Class sales - shows all your sales for each service and class

    Employee sales - shows all your sales for each…

  17. I'm quite surprised I didn't see anyone else mention this. The Time Clock report stinks. The already created summary falls short in showing the total hours worked for the day (since it lists start, stop, break start, break stop, start and stop) therefore it doesn't give you what was worked that day (i.e. if overtime is due). I've got to think most companies use BLVD for time cards, why is this report so lacking. I did create a custom report, which is better, but ultimately, there needs to be some changes.   18. The recent app updates have made it so that our service providers can no longer see what services are booked from their main homepage (their calendar view). They are forced to click into the appointment to find out what services are booked, causing extra delay in using the app, when it was clearly visible at a glance prior. Please fix this!

  19. For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

  20. Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.
