  6. It is so hard to understand and I cannot understand why. It should be a very simple setup of every 100 dollars spent = x
    Whenever I have to work with it we have to call chat to explain our dollar amount set up.

    There should also be an auto-send email about loyalty points so it can be used for marketing, ie, it should talk to other things.

    It should also have an auto-enroll (if you want it) toggle. Our reception has so many boxes to tick when making a first-time apt; it's a lot.

  8. Alle does not always play well with it's flash, rebates and GC's. A patient may not be able to use all at the same time. If a mistake is made, we should be able to make a correction as it is not a merchant charge correction. The need to REFUND the service (ie Botox) to fix this, then the clawback effects commission to the provider, none of this is necessary. we should be able to make a correction to a bill if the error is not on the credit card.

  13. Office manager should have the option to receive client bookings via email or text. Right now only the individual provider has this option.

  15. The automatic away messages are great. It would be nice to be able to pause them or turn them off from the messages tab. Sometimes we are working after close or before open, and it is awkward to have the away message pop up in the text chain with the guest.

  17. We have an automatic 18% gratuity, but online booking allows guests to enter a custom amount. This creates confusion and issues at checkout when we remind them of our auto gratuity policy and they respond with "well why was I able to customize it online then?"

  19. Enhance the "Referral Sources by Client" report by implementing a filter option to display only new clients.   20. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.
