  2. There is some sort of bug where our audience keeps defaulting to 24 months even when we have saved a much smaller audience...its super expensive for us. We think we are sending to 600 people and it goes to 5k.

    Please update the default audience to 1 year or 0 to keep from costly sends...even if you simply forget to change it 1 year would be a better choice.

  5. For extra security measures when purchasing gift cards, a drivers license should be required with a link provided to submit their driver's license that gets linked to their account with verbiage to include they will need to also provide identification at the time of their appointment along with the original credit card they used.

  6. It's great to be able to see voucher values that are redeemed at the same or other locations and would be just as valuable to see the quantity of those vouchers as well.

  8. Managers have access and should be able to edit timecards for service providers and other non-management employees. They should still not be able to edit their own timecards - this should be left to Admins only.

  13. There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

  14. Spa services AND medical services are two separate businesses. There should be a way to attach medical services to the medical merchant account and the spa services to the spa merchant account as some employees deliver services under both. Having separate profiles per employee especially when they don't sync is not efficient and creates problems.

  17. It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

  18. There needs top be a detailed report for providers on what they are actually getting paid. Minus any discounts, product charges , returns or anything else. There is no such report. They can not check their pay. Everyother system has a technician report like this.
