  1. BE able to either control franchisees marketing templates and outreach without being charged for it at the corporate level.

    Also, allow Franchisee sends out their own marketing, but can only access their client base.

  2. Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.

  3. We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

    1. Stylists should be able to see who booked the appointment from their app, not just from the receptionist's view on desktop
    2. It would be nice to see the whole week
    3. Sending messages through the app to contact clients/see confirmations
    4. Stylist could see their merchant account info in their app

  6. Zapier/Boulevard is currently limited to a handful of actions, none of which are product related. It would be helpful to have the ability to sell product on our business' external website and have the inventory count be updated and the sale recorded in Boulevard. Having those two actions added would open up a lot of possibilities.

  9. only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

  10. Being able to sign multiple family members in with the kiosk. Now it signs in 1 name multiple times. When that customer is assigned, it combines the multiple sign ins as 1 person instead of multiple. This causes issues managing the waitlist as the customers have arrived.

  11. We left Meevo and they had a nice app where we could cut data easily on historical performance for each location.

    You can see yesterday, last week, this month, last month, Month-to-date performance. You can also compare that performance against a variety of time periods from your fingertips.

  14. Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. Thank you!

  17. Lumi Skin Bar would either like the resource to be remembered when "add to calendar" is used to book an appointment OR they would like a privilege setting to disallow front desk to use this button. Currently when they use "add to calendar" to book, BLVD doesn't remember the resource they intend to reserve.

  19. On the reports we need:
    total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
    RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
    Prebook % for the company not just individuals
