Show new guest indicator in Schedule view
The assigned emojis showing in the schedule view are handy, but it would be very helpful to have the new client star indication show as well. We have some forms that are only for new guests and it would be helpful to ensure they are properly assigned.

I used to use booker and I loved it but I don't regret that I moved to Boulevard because it is mostly better than booker.
There are two things that make running my business difficult.
First, Boulevard is great for salons with a front desk team that can access a laptop or computer. However, for small businesses like mine that don’t have a receptionist, it can be challenging. marking an individual online booking as read
when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought

invoice for missed appointments
having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

customized client emails that are not campaigns.
It would be nice to send an email to upcoming appointments with specific details for their appointment. For example, If i see I have 3 microneedling one day...I could upload my microneedling email and then send it to those three people to make sure they know some of the pretreatment instructions that clients forget frequently.

Plugin for "specials"
While we utilize the overlay for all services, we would love to see the ability for specials to have their own booking links that could be set to pull into a "monthly specials" section or page on the website, automatically.

Allow faster scanning at checkout
This would require a backend change most likely - but when scanning things in checkout, it would be extremely helpful if you could scan items in and immediately go to the next line without having to wait for the system to find the first item in the database.
If a person hits enter to go to the next line at checkout, it could continue searching for the previous item in the background while allowing sequential entries. I've used web-based envision before and it would show small loading bars under previously entered items until it finds them, but wouldn't stop you…

Photo Upload
When our photo's are being uploaded to our patient file it's telling us it too big. Being able to upload a 'bigger' file would be helpful.

Display forms and charts status on the appointment time block
We would like the status of the attached forms and charts to display on the appointment time block on the calendar view.
This would allow for the easy gathering of this information at a glance.

Member option under "add filter" in Client Section
It would be so much easier to filter through members if there was a Member option under the " Add Filter" in the Client tab. This would help us quickly find all members and easily get their info for email blasts and other forms of communication.

Allow specific services to be deposited to it's own merchant account.
I would like to set up a separate merchant account for all IV/Vitamin Therapy services to be deposited to regardless of who performs the service. Can you please set up this option? It makes for cleaner bookkeeping when there are multiple divisions in a medspa.

Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns
Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns.
Currently I can only run 1 reminder to book automated campaigns with a variable date parameter.
I would prefer to have two different ones, one to be automated to send 7 days after an appointment, and another to be automated to send 14 days after an appointment.
Also the ability to rename the automated campaign. Currently I cannot customize the name and its hard to keep track if it is used for something else.

Online booking should require phone number NOT email
Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

Slow the tutorial videos down for new clients not familiar with the EMR. The current speed is for that of individuals highly familiar.
The tutorial video actions are at such a speed that, unless highly familiar with the EMR, it is very difficult to learn. Perhaps there should be a set of tutorials for existing and seasoned clients and those new to the system.
