  1. In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

  2. Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

  3. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  5. Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

  11. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  12. Ability to see and redeem voucher from mobile application during checkout. Currently you cannot see a voucher even exists and could accidentally charge someone who has a voucher which results in a poor client experience.

  13. In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

  14. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  15. Currently I am not able to manually book other appts or different blocked time appts on top of something that is already marked off. I have to go back and adjust the time etc for the time block to allow a new appt or time marked off to be created. We need to be able to touch the screen on the time and day and make whatever kind of appt or time block we want to ONTOP of what ever is already in that spot. Needs much more flexibility for adding multiple appts or tasks rather than having to go…

  18. Barefoot Bliss would like the ability to charge a membership transfer fee for clients that want to share a voucher or credit with someone else. They don't want the membership to be inherently sharable, but as a one-off, if a client wants to transfer a credit, they want to charge a fee to do so.
