  1. Blvd collects most the info needed for guests to book online but i would be if we could toggle on or off what information is required. for example we can require. credit card but it would be nice if we could require all the information so we have the client profile already filled out before they arrive. this would save time at check in/out and has a lot less room for error or forgetting.

  2. It would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the capability to modify the price of a current membership. We run deals all the time that change the price of current members and our previous solution allowed us to discount their membership price for x amount of months or change the price all together.

  6. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

  8. We have a regular problem of people needing to complete forms when we don't have their phone number (Kids without phones, booked as a group appointment when they don't know everyone's information, etc...) We have been using fake phone numbers (using an unused area code) for this. Boulevard recently started validating phone numbers and won't allow this work around.

    Please create a method to send a form to an iPad without needing to get someone's phone number, or create a way to check someone in on the Duo without a phone number or email address.

  11. We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign up but reverts back to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge. It's difficult to modify the charge price for each client when their charge dates are all on different dates! Please look into creating a discount offer…

  12. Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.

    It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

  13. Have permission controls but the ability to set what performance your staff can track.

    For instance filters such as:

    Total service sales
    New guests
    Total guests
    Total retail sales
    Total retail units
    % guests purchasing retail
    Add on units
    Add on $ sales
    Rebooking %
    Utilization %

    This would allow us to set goals and to have to ability to have staff concentrate on certain things. New staff need to worry about rebook % and % guest purchasing retail, while existing staff might need to concentrate more on utilization rates and add ons. Having just service $ and retail $…

  14. Create an internal report that allows services and addons to be seen for mapping. Also, create a similar report for charts and forms to show what services they have been attached too. Currently both processes are done 1 by 1 which is both massively inefficient and time consuming. Not user friendly by any means.

  16. We have a mandatory liability form that all clients must sign to utilize our services. Sometimes clients start the form and do not press submit -then ipad times out and the signature is lost. It would be great to have an alert at check out to notify us if a client has not fully completed their necessary forms for that reservation.

    Create a new report that shows available appointment slots by day or month, helping businesses better visualize and manage their scheduling capacity.

    Description:
    Currently, businesses can only view scheduled appointments through the Staff Schedule Summary report, making it difficult to identify open slots efficiently. A dedicated Appointment Availability Report would display unused scheduling space directly, allowing businesses to:

    • View open appointments across different time periods
    • Identify scheduling patterns and optimize staff availability
    • Make data-driven decisions about staffing and scheduling

  19. We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there
