  3. BLVD currently doesn't have a way to automatically redirect the client to a new page after an appointment has been booked through the standard booking widget. This is a very simple function and a critical one for anyone who runs FB ads. We need to be able to track conversion from the booking widget and this is what's necessary to be able to do it correctly. I was told by BLVD that i need to build a custom booking widget in order to redirect to the Thank You page. That is NOT acceptable. This is very simple and pretty much…

  4. It is helpful to have a simple text or email with a few financial metrics, sent to us at the end of the day. For example, service sales, product sales, discount total, and total sales. If this could be turned on to send daily at the EOB that would be super helpful! Only sent to "owner" access.

  5. When we book appointments internally either by call-ins or by various staff members via the app. Have who booked it labeled on the specific appointment. And a way to see any edit, updates, or reschedules listed on the specific appointment. Helps track if there is a scheduling error etc.

  7. We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted offer to auto-renew for those certain amount of months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign up but reverts back to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge.   8. when a client books the confirmation screen should just say "confirmed" rather than "request pending" everyday we have clients calling us to see if their appointment has been confirmed.

  10. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  11. Need to be able to locate specific appointments that were rescheduled on a particular date. Search date and be able to see all appointments that were originally scheduled on that day.

There should be a pop up alert for blocked clients that call the salon and try to book over the phone, instead of just disabling the regular booking actions and getting a notification that the service provider does not offer that service. You should not have to go into the client profile to find out that they are blocked. This could cause uncomfortable interactions between the client and support staff.

  15. When a patient uses multiple payment methods at checkout, the screen shows the full amount for the first transaction, which is confusing for patients.

    For example, I had a patient put $300 on one credit card then the rest on another, when I ran the transaction for the first $300, it showed the visit total, not the $300 that they were being charged at that time.

  17. Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another. It doesn't make since that this wasn't already thought of and integrated into the program. We had a client moved from one staff member to a different staff members schedule and Boulevard did not notify the new staff member. As a result, the client arrived for their appointment but the therapist was not in the spa because they were unaware an appointment had been moved to their schedule.

  18. We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.

    Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

  20. When I click the calendar for a specific staff member, and then search for a service, it pops up services that that staff memeber doesn't offer. If you have already selected a calendar, and then picked a staff member (even if its their calendar we select it still makes you pick the staff memeber) but then it shows EVERY service we offer when searching. We constantly run into staff members booking the wrong services with the wrong time and pricing for them if some services have the same or similar names.
