More flexibility with offer rules
We want to make offers like "15% off combo services" but the current offer system lets you add items to the offer inclusion but does not give you specific rule flexibility to say it must be at least a service from " this category AND that category"
The programming behind adding more flexible logic to the offers shouldn't be difficult, it is just a matter of a few more logic gate parameters.
We would have it be done at checkout but we had to do 100% deposits since we cannot do a specific booking deposit amount for an appt. So we don't want to have to refund 15% at checkout from everyones accoutn credits. (hint hint, give us a flate rate per appt booking deposit option)

Enhance the offer system to allow businesses to create discounts that require booking multiple specific services. This would include the ability to set up "and" combinations (e.g., "Service A and Service B and Service C") rather than just "or" combinations. This feature would give businesses more flexibility in creating promotional offers and encourage clients to book multiple services.

Offers should have more options.
-----The apply to all should not affect appointments already booked; it renders it fairly unusable. You can always do that manually as well. Most do not want to discount things already booked, it does not make sense. We should be using discounts to drive more money not less.
-----Those same offers should be represented in the booking flow. Blvd is very siloed and some of the areas do not talk to each other, it is up to us to get that info out and it is HARD. If there is an auto-applied offer, that discount should be noted in the area where people are shopping so they can be directed to the cheaper apt, which is no doubt where we want them to go. For example we would like to auto apply 9am slots so we can get everyone in for the day.----Please make a toggle for stackable/not stackable. We want to have robust marketing but its pretty impossible to have multiple active codes if they're all stackable. We do not want to work for free.
-----Please make some way to track this all. it is super hard to tell what is active and what is not. I would love to know when a valid offer expires either through a pop up, light up or email or just by looking at the list and easily seeing.
-------The future of robust systems is that it is more than booking it is an all in one marketing system that operates like a funnel to do that we need the bits talking and we need more management tools.

A limited offer code: a one time only use for on going adds.

Would be awesome if there was a way to create an offer code that would be applicable only when services are purchased together - for example we give 50% off a sauna session when it is purchased with another service.
Currently we cannot have the system automatically apply the code since it will give the discount to the sauna as a stand alone service.

We want to do tiered offers, or Buy One Get One offers depending on dollar amount spent. The options for Offers are laughably limited.

Add a qualifier so it automatically applies the offer for the free service.

When a client gets service A and service B in the same appointment, we discount $10 off their entire order. So instead of paying $70, it's $60. I set up the Offer as $10, and the only category to include is Conditioning which our treatments are under.
When you apply the Offer at checkout, it discounts every treatment $10 equaling $30. We need to include Conditioning, but also can't exclude certain treatments because there's 15 different combos of these services a client could be getting.

Ability to have unique coupon codes, time-based promotions (expiration), limited to services, etc.
"Have to be able to limit them to individual services and be able to do buy one get one free offer. So if I offer a 20% discount I have to be able to limit it to a single service (or group of services) and not a package."
