  2. When clients are booking on the widget allow them to scroll through days and see available providers for each day rather than selecting a provider and then a day.

  3. Allow clients to login to the the scheduling system (https://dashboard.boulevard.io/booking/) using their phone number.

    Currently, the client must enter their email. However, they can manage their appointments using their cell phone number or email. (https://blvd.app/@mossandblack/login)

    Some clients (mom's and their children) share a cell phone number in their profile. Mom cannot schedule an appointment using their child's profile.

  4. We follow up with our patients the day after dermal filler as well as 5 days after treatment, 4 weeks after Kybella, 8 weeks after Sculptra, and 12 days after Botox.

    If you could create a reporting system that notifies us daily on who needs a follow-up (based on those "rules"), and we would be able to mark that patient "complete" after follow-up, that would be a game changer!

  11. It would be great to have a feature where there is a sandbox mode or "fake" employee profiles that we can add to the calendar view to help plan and build schedules. As a salon with only a certain amount of stations available seeing profiles on the calendar helps me visualize and plan who I can put where, and when.

  12. I have an issue with the memberships:

    We have a leveling system with estheticians where they can level up and their price goes up. Our memberships include levels 1-3 staff for the monthly price but if they pay additional $20, they can book with an advanced esthetician. Right now, we have to add an upgrade fee at checkout, but it isn't clear to the client when booking their appointment which service provider is included and which is not. Our advanced estheticians are not on online booking right now, would love the option to put them up online for the membership…

  19. When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

  20. Blushington would like the ability to target their top spenders without having to use the added step of tags. If we could have an audience filter for overall spend & product spend over a time period that would be ideal.
