  1. I would like to set up a separate merchant account for all IV/Vitamin Therapy services to be deposited to regardless of who performs the service. Can you please set up this option? It makes for cleaner bookkeeping when there are multiple divisions in a medspa.

  4. Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns.

    Currently I can only run 1 reminder to book automated campaigns with a variable date parameter.

    I would prefer to have two different ones, one to be automated to send 7 days after an appointment, and another to be automated to send 14 days after an appointment.

    Also the ability to rename the automated campaign. Currently I cannot customize the name and its hard to keep track if it is used for something else.

  5. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  7. The tutorial video actions are at such a speed that, unless highly familiar with the EMR, it is very difficult to learn. Perhaps there should be a set of tutorials for existing and seasoned clients and those new to the system.

  9. I like to drop the calendar for the staff and myself at a certain time and date every month (I open March calendar February 20th at 8am). I was able to do this with acuity with some work arounds, would love the option to go in and prepare the schedule for each staff member and either manually or automatically trigger Boulevard to drop the schedule and notify clients via text/ email

  10. Even when we customize reports and remove tip sales, tips are still included in the net sales number. This needs to be changed so we can see the net sales number without tips.

  11. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

  12. We would like integrations with VOIP Providers to enable easy communication with clients from external communication systems.

  13. Utilization percentage should not be based on the utilization of the resource as it is a staff report. It should be the amount the person was booked in relation to the amount they were scheduled.

  14. When using the "dollar off per item" offer feature, it should multiply by the quantity sold. For example, if the offer is $1 off each unit of Botox, when we sell 50 units, it should take off $50. Currently, it does not take quantities into account and only takes of $1

  15. How about for the icon on the home screen there are initials or photo of whoever is signed in. So when you open up boulevard from the browser (since it does NOT require one to sign in), you actually know who is signed in. This would help for those who have multiple user.

  19. We need our list in notifications to allow more than 3 when people book online. We need to be able to see who has booked and when so we are capturing all our patients and know they have all the information before their appointment. We have to send consents and intakes from a different system.

  20. I create a database and Google Sheets reports of all new patients and use Zapier to feed this information from BLVD. I would like to see Customer's Address, Provider, First Sale and Referral Source added to fields that can be exported. Thank you.
