Report for Sales by Client
Would like to have a Sales by Client report where we can see what customers have spent over a period of time. This is helpful at end of year to see who your top spenders are for the year.

Set an invoice to charge on a certain day
If a patient is paying in the future or owes for a package, etc., it would be nice to be able to schedule an invoiced date in the future.

Persistent vitals section
Vitals section that is persistent for each visit that is easily viewed and able to show record of previous vitals values (weight, BMI, BP, etc) from each visit.

Attaching individual services to merchant accounts
It would be great if individual services could be attached to specific merchant accounts. For instance, I have a nurse/esthetician. It would be nice if the fees for her esthetic services went into the spa account and the medical services she performs went to the medical account rather than needing to create two separate profiles that don't sync.

Show online service name as different than service on our schedule
Example: Someone books "The Full" but on our end it will say "Chemical 4" meaning we have 4 increments of time to apply. This is pretty crucial for time based salons.

email creates duplicate accounts
PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

more streamlined process for shareable membership perks
Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

There needs to be a notification when an appointment is moved from one day/time to another day/time
We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.

New Payroll report that include all services commissions, Tips and retail commissions
I would like if we could have one report that inludes all the commissions from services and retail plus gratuities. Right now we just have the summary report which does not have any details. We have to send many report to each technician instead of one.

Front Desk Dashboard Deletions
We should be able to delete invoices from the Front Desk Dashboard. Clients change their minds after invoices are created. If we could delete it from the Front Desk Dashboard it would save a large amount of time and confusion at later dates.

Ability to add a business charge on a service that’s $0. Business charge then pulls from stylist commission.

Group booking changes and improvements
Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.
It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

Mosaic Hair Studio would like to see the dollar amount associated with points available for redemption prior to checkout.

Referral field for the form needs to have the ability to automatically add a referring clients name.
Currently, the Referral field has no option to collect a referring clients name. You have to collect this separately and then add it to the clients profile in order to use it as a reporting data point. Boulevard, overall, needs to work on a referral reward program as part of its internal marketing.

Inventory gets updated as a purchase order is completed.
It would be nice if inventory was updated as the purchase order is completed in the system. Everything is out of order and it takes a long time to go in and add the received stock.
