  2. We would like a new tab listed under "Reports", "Summaries" and "Overview" dedicated to Membership information.

  4. Would like to have all the options for digital GC at time of check as is when they purchase online. Would also like the option to have dollar amount or service and gratuity. Capability to email the recipient and/or print GC.

  5. Not all our providers perform all our services. When we are booking an appt, If you click under a persons name, under the dropdown of services it shows all our services. It would be nice if just the services that provider does pops up.

  10. Need Client ID numbers so that we can order labs. Right now we have to either have an ID number or SS number and we don't want to store SS numbers in this system.

  11. Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

  12. Need a direct way to restrict online booking to only services that patients have previously received/ limit service options bookable online based on a client's service history. We do tattoo removal, and we cannot allow them to book online because they will pick the wrong size .
    need this to control them picking the right level of service since it autoloads the time slots and cost. patients pick the wrong one and then you have to catch and correct which is very difficult to be consistent with.

  14. We would like the way to generate a booking link for a service to be bookable online but hide it from the online service menu.

  15. Have a basic premade history and physical standard form that way it will be easier and faster to edit as needed. Just like there's a premade photo consent form but have a history and physical.

I would like the option to have the ability for Boulevard to upload paper forms OR copy and paste forms into the database instead of having to create a form for the patient to fill out before hand from scratch every time. Medical and History forms are pages long and very detailed. This has taken days long to format and I'm still not finished.

  18. It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

    1. The ability to duplicate a campaign rather than reinventing the wheel every time
    2. Emoji's in the subject line
    3. Store branded colors and fonts
    4. Reports that show who opened and who unsubscribed (not just a number but names)
    5. Better email templates
    6. The ability to choose multiple audiences for the campaign
    7. This was said before, but the ability to send to clients that may not be clients, but have purchased before.

  19. Edit the photo date. We get busy and sometimes photos do not get uploaded the correct day. So we can't edit the date and it is hard when comparing side by sides.
