it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

Permission: View staff's own appointment ratings only
Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

Notify the business when clients submit a form so things don't get missed
Please have the option for an automated email to go to the business when a client submits a form so we know that it's happened. We need to know when a client has submitted a membership contract so they don't fall through the cracks.

As a front desk agent I should be able to create time blocks for my service providers. It shouldn’t be something special to just management. I need to be able to schedule their breaks and lunches. And also let my other front desk know not to touch an area!!

Membership Enrollment Fee
We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

This added flexibility would be incredibly helpful for marketing, onboarding, and stylist growth strategies.

Flag for clients with notifications turned off
We have a client who repied STOP to our confirmation texts. She now receives no notifications of appointments. We need some way to identify this in our schedule so we can call her to confirm her appointments.
Can there be an automatic flag or emoji assigned for clients who have turned off/opted out of confirmations?

Having the ability to edit and make changes to client notes instead of having to make a new note or deleting a note and starting over to make corrections or add additional notes.
