  1. As more and more float tanks and hydrotherapy spas are popping up - a way to log pool chemicals (Chlorine, Alkalinity, pH, etc) would be AMAZING. A simple log that can be stored in the software for easy reference.

  2. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the timing of review requests in the system. Currently, these requests are sent based on the scheduled appointment end time (described as checkout time in the support center), regardless of whether the client actually completed their appointment. This can result in review requests being sent to clients who didn’t show up.

    It would be much more effective if the timeline for sending review requests was triggered by the actual checkout action for completed appointments. This would ensure that requests are only sent to clients who showed up for their visit. Ideally, we’d like…

  4. Please add a “report created” trigger to Boulevard’s Zapier integration — especially for performance or sales reports.

    As a single-location business owner, I rely heavily on KPIs to grow my team and track performance, and I’m building automated dashboards using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Klipfolio.

    However, right now there’s no way to trigger an automation when a Boulevard report is generated, which limits our ability to sync data in real time or even on a recurring basis.

    This one trigger would:
    • Eliminate manual downloads and uploads

We have BLDV up on the computer all day and we are kinda busy so its quick to forget to stop at the computer real quick to check and see if someone has messaged/texted us, booked a sameday appointment, or if someone is calling. Unless we are standing at the computer most times we miss all the potential notifcations until someone stops and looks. So i would love the abilty to have a sound when atleast a message comes in!

  12. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  14. Useful when leads submit forms with images attached. Uploading to the Gallery via image URLs would allow us to have all client info in Blvd. Instead of just text details (name, email, phone, etc) in Blvd while the photos have to be accessed elsewhere.

    This ability could allow an easy Zapier integration for an Add Images To Gallery action.

    Heck, uploading images via URL could simplify data migration for new Blvd subscribers.

    Gallery uploads being limited to local storage feels a little outdated in this modern world.

  15. We offer facial/laser and lash services. We have rooms and lash beds. Lashes can be done in rooms and on the beds but id like to be able to prioritize the resource lash beds be booked first for lashes over a room since facials can't be done on the lash beds and it prevent online booking sometimes since the system randomly chooses rooms first for lashes instead of the lash beds.
    I want lashes to still be able to be booked in rooms if the lash beds are full so I don't want to take away the option to book…

  16. Integrate with Sylton's Observe 520 for the IQ system that Alma uses. Since you are moving more into the medical side, many of your clients will be working with Alma Lasers and have IQ systems. If you had an integration that could far more easily integrate the IQ pictures straight into the patient's gallery in Boulevard, that would be amazing.

  18. We would like a report that can show Clients pronouns if entered. Or a Pronouns column in the existing "Client Records" report. We would also like the ability to filter by Pronouns in the Clients tab.
