Change order of memberships in online booking
We would like the ability to modify the order in which Memberships are displayed in the online booking widget. This way, they are more readable for our clients.

Noting virtual specific days on schedule

make note of who is booking/checking out appointments. I can never find who cashes out the appointment.
When a guest books - if tells us if that was booked by our system or the online booking. When it comes to finalizing payments and closing out the appointment, I can never trace it back to who it was to correct any mistakes made at check out.

Pop up notes
Please make an easier way to draw attention to a note. Like a sticky note or post it that can be attached to an individual patient document or chart. Bonus if you can tag staff members to direct attention to the note

Inbasket
It would be so much more efficient if there was an in basket for medical directors that all documents or forms needing to be signed would be due sent to. This would save so much time and duplicate work.

Enhanced Notifications
We do both in office and virtual appointments. It would be nice to personalize client notifications based on specific appointments with specific instructions for the retrospective appointment vs overarching generalized notifications. It can be confusing for the client when something is virtual vs in office.

Update staff schedule API
schedules are created via another platform that is easier to manage thousands of employees across locations. area managers are then responsible for replicating these in boulevard, but far too manual to be confident in their accuracy, especially when considering schedule changes that may happen later. By having an API, there is greater confidence in the bookable availability in blvd.

"Arirve" twice for separate appointments on the same day
Make it to where clients arrive twice when they are booked with two separate providers. For example, if they have a lash appointment an hour before a hair appointment, they can "arrive" twice so each provider knows when they are ready for the next service.

It would be helpful to have customizable features under the clients name. Things that are linkable to the chart notes like DOB or allergies. If they could be posted on the calendar view under a clients name within their appointment. That way we can see important details as glance.

One commission report for multiple locations.
I have artists that work at both locations and since we are on a sliding scale it woulds be helpful to base their commissions on the total from both locations not just one.

add photo to profile on calendar
When hover on name on calendar it shows picture! This is amazing for customer service. Being able to recognize client and use first name when they walk in the door

Notification for blocked patients when booking.
When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

Allow for rearranging on calendar
I want to be able to rearrange services on the calendar and NOT have to change the specific times in the edit screen to flip flop service times - please allow for some feature when dragging appointments on the calendar where you can switch which service is first and easily move it around on the calendar screen. Please and thank you.

create scheduling alert API
it's possible to pull an existing scheduling alert via the API but not create one. this is a beneficial route as opposed to tagging client/appts since the alert appears upon appointment creation, rather than after an appointment has already been made.

Forms sent via text as opposed to email
We would like an automated text with forms and updated contact information sent before the patients appointment instead of via email. We find that clients are more likely to respond to requests via text message as opposed to email.

Team Transparency
It would be great to have a way to know who checked out or scheduled a guest without having to log in and out of boulevard. Maybe a pin code for each person that they enter upon confirming the booking or hitting checkout.
