  2. I would like to be able to better control commissions. I would like to be able to apply commission to certain products, in this instance skincare products. When you select Product Commissions is applies to all products.

  3. CREATE A FEATURE THAT SHOWS ON THE CALENDAR IF A CLIENT HAS FILLED THEIR FORMS OUT MAYBE TURN THEIR APPOINTMENT YELLOW.

  4. We need to be able to change out services on the calendar without it taking away from the Calendar view. Today for example, we changed out what our client did completely and you can see what she did in history but if you look at today on the calendar, her appointment is gone. If you switch out services, you should still be able to see it on the calendar.

  7. The tags should only show up under a select service even if it's the same client. For example, if a couples is getting a couples massage and then getting facials after, the "couples" tag also shows up under the facial services when we only use the couples tag to let our massage therapist know there in couples room.

  8. When we go into a stylist's services and change how long or the price of the service it should automatically update services already booked with them. Someone getting a promotion and therefore higher priced services shouldn't be something we have to manually change all pre-booked appointments

  9. I would like to option of choosing what will sync from Boulevard calendar to iCal. I would like to sync only booked client appointments. I do not need my “blocked time” on boulevard calendar to sync with my personal iCal. For example: if i have a ‘blocked time’ on my boulevard calendar for personal thing, ex: a doctors appointment, i do not need that blocked time to sync on my iCal, as I have already put that appointment on my iCal. It’s making my calendar look very messy. I just want to sync booked client appointments with my iCal.

  10. This feature would give us the ability to customize the security logout timings by employee and not only for everyone as a whole.

    It's important for our front desk girls to have a shorter time as they are constantly up and down from their desks and we don't want mistakes to be made under the wrong name.

    For providers, they all have their own iPads and chart during their consultations/appointments. Sometimes they forget to press the save draft button on their EHR notes and the notes delete when it force logs them out.

  11. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  14. I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

  16. I want to watch the performance of a specific service category as well as how it is being paid for. For some reason you dont have this option anywhere. Expanded filters would be very good. So far I have found boulevard reports to be limiting and frustrating. MY old software from the 2010s had better reports. I'd love to see you improve this!!

  17. Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

  18. I switched from another scheduling system where you have the option to turn off online booking, or keep on online booking. That way if you need to know whats going on that day at work, like someone is coming in to shadow you, people can still book online, but you know other things going on it your day on the same calendar. The time blocks were different colors (either light grey or dark grey for example) so that you know that light grey is still able to online book, and dark grey is not, that way you don't get confused.

  19. When changes are made to appointments, room assignments need to not change. When one service is updated or added, it changes the times for all their other services, thus creating a mess and confusion of when their original bookings were.

  20. Give us the option to customize the split of the fee between the service provider & business when a client is charged a no show fee. Example: I want to charge clients 30% of the service letting the provider take home 20% of the service and the business keeps 10% of the service.
