Direct integration with VOIP Providers
We would like integrations with VOIP Providers to enable easy communication with clients from external communication systems.
This would allow for more ease in client communications - in specific calls.

Integrating with a basic VOIP provider of either SIP trunks or full PBX services would be very helpful. I don't want to see Boulevard in the VOIP business, but more integrations with providers of these services would be helpful.

I have used this integration on another platform and it is very valuable. It shows you which patient is calling on the phone system. All calls can be recorded so you can search the patient phone call history in case they claim they called to cancel, etc. It also pulls up their future appointments on the computer screen automatically. This allows for superior customer service when you know exactly which patient is calling and saves time for the staff to get to the point of the conversation.

We use a VOIP system called Weave, we would love to be able to skip having to manually add caller info into Boulevard.
