An error occurred while saving the comment Renee Weeden commentedI have used this integration on another platform and it is very valuable. It shows you which patient is calling on the phone system. All calls can be recorded so you can search the patient phone call history in case they claim they called to cancel, etc. It also pulls up their future appointments on the computer screen automatically. This allows for superior customer service when you know exactly which patient is calling and saves time for the staff to get to the point of the conversation.

For legal reasons, it is essential for any printout of the patient's chart or consent forms to contain their name and DOB. Add a field in the forms feature where the name and DOB auto-populate into the document so this information is visible outside of the platform instead of having to manually add this information into every form and chart.
