  1. Highlight Employee Vacation on Schedule.

    I need the ability to mark what days employees have requested off on the schedule so I know I have approved their time off. In addition it would be great to have sick days or holidays. Color-coding would be ideal for each indication so that when I look at the schedule, I know where everyone was that day.

  2. All packages need to show up at checkout. For ex, if a client has a gorgeous glow package, but wants a rapid, the gorgeous glow doesn't show up. It would be helpful to see all packages.

  6. Having to wait 2 hours for the system to update while counting inventory prevents us from efficiently getting an accurate count same day. This delays reports to owners and managers. This is something BLVD., should correct sooner rather than later.

  9. When a client is booked directly from the waitlist, it would be helpful if Boulevard would add a pop-up or prompt to confirm the client can be removed from the waitlist and once selecting "yes" client is removed from the waitlist immediately. Rather than providers having to book and then manually remove them.

  10. We are currently using the business charge. We would like a report that separates this charge from the service totals in a report so the stylists can see the actual amount they are being paid on. This would be ideal in Mobile app as well.

  13. Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

  14. I'm not sure if there is an error or how forms are currently built. We send Pre-Appointment instructions and Post-Care instructions. These don't need to be completed or signed. On the client side, they see these forms are not completed and it's very confusing for them. There isn't anything that needs to be completed since they're instructions.

  16. It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

  19. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.
