Report with months displayed to understand growth
We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

Cancelation Rate %
It would be amazing to be able to see a Cancelation Rate % of clients who cancel on service provider's schedule. The ideal statistic would show a % which would be factored by the amount of clients who cancel their appointment within the selected time frame, but do not rebook.
This helps because it shows if a certain provider is perhaps doing well in rebookings, but most of the clients then cancel their future appointments so it's not really helpful just to see a high rebooking %.

Improve Forms Features
The current forms software is just not as inclusive as all of the others out there. Not being able to send a form separate from an appointment is very inconvenient. I have membership agreements and package agreements that aren't tied to specific appointments, but need to be filled out and kept in the clients profile. what is the point in having online forms if i have to keep separate forms for these things. it makes me want to cancel my forms subscription and use a seperate application. I should also be able to send a form to a designated ipad…

Creating a notification to let clients know they have missed their scheduled appointment
It would be helpful to create a notification automatically sent to clients that lets them know theyve missed their appointment time. For example; if a client is scheduled at 10:30am, they get a notification at 10:35 they are late for their appointment. I feel as though it would help keep clients accountable with their appointment management if they are going to no show an appointment and would give us one more point of contact to present if they say they weren't aware of their appointment

BLVD needs to integrate with an AI agent that can book appointments after hours, missed phone calls etc.

When a customer has a credit on their acct, it would be great if that credit was more visible.
A credit on an account should be in red so that the person checking them out see's it easily.

reschedule page
A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.

Change cancellation emails to be from the business name, NOT Boulevard!!
Patients or clients don't know what boulevard is, when a cancellation email is sent out it shows that it is from boulevard, not my business name. This needs to be changed so it looks like its coming from the correct place, the business name, so patients/clients can actually open the email and it can serve its purpose. This has been brought up before here but clearly nothing has changed.

Product Usage Service Charge
Need to have the option for the Business Service Charge to calculate based on Product Usage Cost. We want to see the cost of the product deduct from the service price and have commission calculate off of that sub-total.
Example- Botox is $15/unit and want $6.32/unit to be removed and have commission calculate off of that subtotal.
10 units at $15 = $150.00 minus 10 units at $6.32 = $86.80 (the service subtotal that commission will calculate off of)

Have the option to customize the verbiage in the booking platform
For example we prefer the term "enhancements" vs "add ons" and many of our clients get very confused by the "group appointments" option. We wish we could customize what is used there as well as the descriptions.

Notification for when clients complete forms!
When a client completes a form, we should get some text or email (similar to if a client arrives or books). All of our forms are essential to our client experience, it’ll be more efficient if we got a notification when they were completed!
