Book Out Times for All Staff
We would love the ability to select multiple staff members for a book out time. We currently use book out times for our meetings. For example, currently when we schedule our salon meeting I have to book a book out time on each individual stylists schedule. If we were able to select multiple stylists I would only have to do the book out process once and it would be applied to the schedule for everyone selected.

Using Apple Pay for a multi-merchant account transaction
Apple Pay does not allow one transaction processing multi-merchant account transactions. Client always has to tap/insert card twice.

Checkout Alert
It would be helpful to have a checkout alert in the same way that there is a scheduling alert. Some of our clients have special pricing adjustments and having those notes pop up at checkout would help to eliminate incorrectly charging clients.

Limits on Group Appointments
I'd love the option to still offer group appointments for online booking, but only for groups of 2-3.
Right now we will sometimes get larger groups 4/5/6+ booking online which not only gets complicated, but we also have a separate process internally for larger groups.

More customized tipping settings
Option to consolidate tipping when it is shared among all providers. When multiple providers are listed, the client has to go through multiple screens for each provider and it always seems to be a point of slight inconvenience.

I would love to have a template made to send out the products we used and recommend to our clients after their appointment, I received this after a facial the other day and found it extremely helpful.

Ongoing reoccurring appointments and ongoing time block like for lunch
Have the option to book ongoing standing appointments and ongoing time blocks like for lunch instead of just a certain number of times or date. We have clients that have been coming for over 10 years on a standing appointment. Or at least send us an alert when their standing only has a few appointments left.

When you select a client to book, provide multiple different services from multiple past appointments to appear under “Rebook a previous service".

fix the form submission process
say "Thanks!" after a form submission, rather than giving the client another blank one. The confusion is insane and everyone fills out the form multiple times. They ask us to change it but we can't.

More options when booking and prebooking guests
Adding more options when booking or rebooking not just 4wk, 6wk,8wk. Add in 3 weeks, 5weeks, 7weeks,10weeks, and 12 weeks.

Add ability to delete or toggle on/off the "manage your appointment" function in the confirmation emails.
Since moving to BLVD about 6 months ago, our cancellation rate has increased by a multiple of 4. The "easy out" 1 click cancel button included in appointment reminders allows the client to cancel without a conversation that would typically lead to a reschedule or would at least let us offer to reschedule. The way it is now makes cancellation "too convenient" without talking to anyone. If we could toggle this function/button on or off it would let us compare cancellation rates with and without it.
