  8. We have had several instances of accidents involving transactions being accidentally charged to cash or other instead of gift cards or credit cards. Sometimes it is more than 24 hours before we find the error, and then it is hard to correct the mistake (recreating appointments, etc..) It would be handy to have the void option for longer on the transactions that don't need the processing that credit cards do.

  9. The rewards is pretty basic, bare bones. It would be nice to configure based on specific categories and products. Our current rewards program allows points to accrue for retail ONLY. Packages are apart of "products" in the system and we don't want patients accruing points for package purchases. Would be cool if there was a way to have days that accrue more points then others -- like double points days.

  10. Staff currently cannot clock in outside of their set schedule. I request the ability to allow staff to click in outside of set schedule. Often staff have schedule adjustments that are not captured in the admin-level schedule, and it creates more work for the admin when they need a manual time clock entry.

  12. When a client no-shows and gets charged, the appointment should gray out on the book, not fall off completely. Also, there needs to be something that says no show.

  13. In the past with other processors fraudulent charges would be flagged, for example on Shopify it alerts us that it looks suspicious and to confirm details prior to processing. We've deactivated online gift card purchases to avoid any issues

  15. Would like the ability to set other assigned staff to receive notifications for their own schedule and another stylists schedule. For example, an assistant that is taking their own clients and needs to also receive alerts for a stylist they're assisting.

  16. Many customers opt to tip via Venmo, and the business would like to be able to capture this in reporting, but also outside of the system so they do not incur cc fees

  18. Requesting to customize a product's unit price at the location level without altering the brand level. The reasoning behind this is that although we carry the same products across all locations, pricing based on city may differ.
