Have a way for tips to go directly to the provider
We currently do not uses the tip feature in blvd bc we do not want to pay taxes on tips to our providers. We are currently using venmo and tippy and that does not create the best check out process having the have the client fumble through other apps to tip their provider. Is there a way that providers can have their bank account automatically set up to receive tips or partner with tippy to create this feature?

It’s disappointing to see that this suggestion was submitted over a year ago and has yet to be implemented. The ability to route gratuities directly to individual service providers is an important feature that would benefit both providers and business owners.
Our previous software allowed providers to link their personal bank accounts for direct tip deposits. It even offered a “Vault” feature, allowing providers to set aside all or a percentage of their gratuities for savings, special occasions, or rainy-day funds.
Business owners should not have to manually distribute gratuities intended for individual providers or take on unnecessary administrative and accounting responsibilities associated with those funds.
Clients should be able to tip their providers seamlessly during checkout, with those gratuities deposited directly into the appropriate provider’s account.
This is a practical feature that would improve the experience for clients, providers, and business owners alike. I hope Boulevard will prioritize its development.

This was one of the ways BLVD sold me on the program- I had Tippy and it was a pain but my BLVD rep assured me tips could now be sent directly to the provider. This was unfortunately not the only lie I was told that "sold" me on this program.
