  2. When clients or receptionists need to put someone on the waitlist, make it available to put them on the waitlist for weeks at a time for any openings that come up besides same day.

  3. In the case of quickly confirming client details such as address, date of birth, etc.. it would be helpful if the information was available to view in the boulevard employee phone app.

  5. What happened to the ability for the Medical Director to enter a note into a chart this is reviewed? It didn't work in the past, but now it's completely absent. I think it's important to be able to make a note if there is an issue or complication.

  7. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

  8. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  10. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  11. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  14. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

  15. Some offers have virtually the same rules but different code name or eligible locations for tracking and would love to be able to duplicate an existing code rather than creating a brand new one

  16. Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.

    I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.

  20. We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list
