Packages at checkout
All packages need to show up at checkout. For ex, if a client has a gorgeous glow package, but wants a rapid, the gorgeous glow doesn't show up. It would be helpful to see all packages.

Add-On Sub-Categories
We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:

"Booked By" Report
It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.
This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

Waitlisted Client Prompting
When a client is booked directly from the waitlist, it would be helpful if Boulevard would add a pop-up or prompt to confirm the client can be removed from the waitlist and once selecting "yes" client is removed from the waitlist immediately. Rather than providers having to book and then manually remove them.

Report separating business charge from Commisionable totals
We are currently using the business charge. We would like a report that separates this charge from the service totals in a report so the stylists can see the actual amount they are being paid on. This would be ideal in Mobile app as well.

Ability to create automated tags
It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

Book Out Times for All Staff
We would love the ability to select multiple staff members for a book out time. We currently use book out times for our meetings. For example, currently when we schedule our salon meeting I have to book a book out time on each individual stylists schedule. If we were able to select multiple stylists I would only have to do the book out process once and it would be applied to the schedule for everyone selected.

Using Apple Pay for a multi-merchant account transaction
Apple Pay does not allow one transaction processing multi-merchant account transactions. Client always has to tap/insert card twice.
