  1. In practice, I understand that the current tracking allowed is injection of google analytics/facebook pixel per the booking widget in one instance for all locations. Would be useful to differentiate this per location. Additionally, it would be great to have specific fragment URL links to link directly to booking widget of specific location to save clients one further click.

  2. you should have plug in button that we can put on our website that says "start texting" so all they have to do is press that button and it will route them to their imessage with our numer already there so they can text directly from the website like instagram has

  3. Currently can only pause or set a future rebill date on an Active membership. Need to ability to Pause and set a future rebill date so that business does not have to manually reactivate billing and has accurate paused/active membership data.

  4. Need an option to only print one receipt, we almost never need 2, and if we do we just print 2, but the extra paper is getting printed on for no reason.

  5. Currently, there is not a way to write any disclaimers or notices for online e-gift purchases. I would like the ability to add my own disclaimer. As an example...

    "E-gift / online gift card purchases are non-refundable".

    I'm sure others would very much appreciate this...

  6. At current the mobile app reports do not provide them the items they should easily be able to access

    Daily, weekly, and monthly reports showing; Gross service, gross products, gross tips.

    If business allows permission of seeing client details, then show detailed itemization. If not, then general amount per day, week, month.

    Option as well to show timeclock stats of similar periods.

  11. Sometimes our clients get a discount for the service but we still want a technician to get a commission of a total service amount. It would be great if owner or manager profiles could edit commissions somehow or to add it to a technician commission by any other ways without changing the gross revenue of the salon to extra (as client had a discount).

  12. Some businesses do not allow staff to set their own calendars. Depending on the type of business you run, it may be super beneficial to be able to see everyone's CalendarSync link on the Staff page or when you click on the Staff member's name on the Calendar page. This way, any owner/manager can quickly utilize these links for their purposes.

  15. There should be an easier way to terminate an employee. There are currently too many steps to make this happen and future appointments get missed and then disappear. Then clients show up for appointments that don't exist on our end.

  17. It took me months to realize how many people were on our waitlist. The system only shows current day, unless you x out of the day. I suggest to take out that entire option and just show the entire waitlist all at once.

  19. We would like a report with the % of what data we have collected. Including Credit Card on FIle/Expiration Date/CVC Code. This way we can be intentional on who's information we have and who we still need to collect.
