  1. What happened to the ability for the Medical Director to enter a note into a chart this is reviewed? It didn't work in the past, but now it's completely absent. I think it's important to be able to make a note if there is an issue or complication.

  4. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

  5. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  6. A message was added to an appointment and as overlooked and client thought they were ignored. Would like notifications to the provider when an appointment message is left during online booking

  7. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  9. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  11. It would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the capability to modify the price of a current membership. We run deals all the time that change the price of current members and our previous solution allowed us to discount their membership price for x amount of months or change the price all together.

  13. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  14. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

  16. Some offers have virtually the same rules but different code name or eligible locations for tracking and would love to be able to duplicate an existing code rather than creating a brand new one

  19. We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list

  20. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.
