You would think these two responses would be obvious to include all of these "y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm"-some of which I don't think would ever even be used.... "yea" and "yeah" are actual words.

  5. ...those recurring appts change automatically as well to that timing.

    I have clients that book a year out and have recurring appts, say every 6 weeks. If I see that their appt should be 45 minutes long instead of 30, when I change that next appt, the recurring appts also change. I have had to go through manually and change all 45 minute color processes to 30 (they normally are 30) and some people that take longer in cutting or color individually. It has taken me about 3 hours just to change from today 9/12 to the end of the…

  9. Can we make the form tabs in client profile more secure? Please change this so only Admins and managers can see private information. Currently all employees can see all forms including Credit card information

  12. It is important for businesses to understand the growth in use of these Blvd features to measure adoption and identify progress. My salons are gearing up for charging clients no-show fees and trying to get as many clients online booking or with payment profiles set up, but not being able to understand how many clients are actually eligible for this process that we already state exists in salon and through online booking still means that choosing "when" to start this is a gamble. Ideally we were aiming to start this once we are at 75% adoption.

  14. If a charge is reversed and granted to a customer when they dispute the charge, this should reflect in the customers purchase history as a refund does.

  15. Because of the lack of database style tools for the services lists, etc. It would be helpful to see which services were last modified when and if possible allow temporary sorting of the list by last modified, A-Z or category.

    I need to make modifications to my menu to match what my wife changed in the system and without her guidance or a changelog I would have to check every item one by one. If there was a last modified sort I could see exactly which items need to be looked at further. It would also help for situations where…

  20. Create the option for service providers to view other service providers schedules, but with the ability to select who they can and cannot see.

    I have certain service providers that need to be aware of certain resources/service providers that are on the schedule, but not the whole company. Both in the APP and Dashboard.
