We just added our first add-on! Yay. But we have discovered you cannot actually see that there is an add-on in the mobile calendar without clicking into the apt and reading carefully. This needs to be visual and bold.
We are having reception leave notes to staff on top of their shift for the day in a block, but pls make some kind of add-on marker!! or they will totally be missed. Building it was easy though and we are excited by this option!

different tip percentage option
Ability to have a different tip percentage prompts for different services. This is because on some high ticket items like Botox, Filler, etc. it is not customary to tip the same amounts as regular services

Block usage of gift card if customer disputes the charge
We recently had a customer dispute the credit card charge for a gift card purchase. Some form of option to block usage of the gift card while the dispute is worked out would be great. I can zero it out, but then if the dispute resolves in my favor I need to reactivate it and house the purchase. (this whole process screws up all kinds of reports)
Some way of (preferably automatically) blocking that gift card from being used until the dispute is resolved would be very helpful. Or simply voiding the card when the dispute is created is another…

Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

Ability to edit a tip after someone completes checkout
After a client checks out, we would like to be able to edit the tip. Sometimes clients accidentally click the wrong tip or they dont tip at all on accident. We want to be able to edit that after the purchase.

Product Display
When we add products to a client ticket we cannot see the full name. And when we add product it moves to the top and we get lost. The entire product system is very confusing and overwhelming. As I am sitting in a staff meeting we are realizing we are all frustrated by this. Can we make this a more visible and smoother transaction.

Report that gives average number for Ratings per Staff Member
The business wants to be able to see the average score for staff in reference to ratings.

On the calendar view, create a new button: "Is Working Today"
Creating this button would allow the front desk to get back to the daily calendar view with a click of one button. This would save a lot of time in toggling forward when booking appointments in the future, specificallly toggling out of a stylist's weekly view.
