Allow "Daily Summary" Report to run for every date, not just dates with sales
The Daily Summary Report (in the Report section) apparently only shows information for dates that a sale happened. This leads to missing and inaccurate data when looking at a specific staff member who may have had a full day that had no appointments booked. These days don't show in the report, which can lead to inaccurate utilization numbers (Hours scheduled and hours booked).

Product Count by 0.1 or 0.5
It is EXTREMLY important to be able to have accurate inventory for patient documentation and business reports. Having to add a different product for 1/2 syringe doesn't solve the problem because the inventory count will be off. You could add 1/2 syringe and click twice for a whole, but this would cause an extra step in changing the pricing which will be a nightmare for management. The other EMR companies that I have worked for in the past start the count at 0.1 instead of one - should be an easy fix.

An option for stylist to see their projected earnings for the week to see if they will hit their target.
Some of my stylist like to see what they are projected to make before the week starts. It helps them see if they are going to hit their target or if they need to get more clients on the book.

Set Online Staff Order
Have the flexibility to change the order in which staff are displayed when booking online. It currently defaults to highest price first, then alphabetically. Critical to have the flexibility to move staff up/down the list. In our case, staff are rewarded for performance by being listed first online. This is a pretty standard feature across all other booking software providers.

send appointment confirmation messages earlier.
Many clients complain that they didn't have enough time to change or cancel their appointment within our cancellation policy once receiving the reminder email. It would be nice to be able to change when that could be sent.

Class Management
Class Management - This switch to Boulevard has almost completely killed our customer base when it comes to Classes. No one signs up anymore due to the difficulty and confusion of booking. We have loved most things about our switch over from Vagaro, but trying to offer all of our classes is somewhat of a nightmare. The set up on the management side is cumbersome, and then to go to all that work to set it up just to have it be a pain in the butt for our customers to book is no good. The customers won't call for…

Have a feature to send specific pre-instruction reminders via text message to certain categories, EX: Lasers, Fillers, etc.
It would be nice to send laser appointments pre-treatment instructions, as well as other services. Because each service requires different instructions prior to treatment, I cannot add this in to 'client instructions' otherwise every patient would receive the exact same text even if they were not coming in for that specific appointment.

our patients check in using the Duo app. if they dont have an appointment it sayd "Dont have an appointment? Tap here". if the client taps it just says "please see a staff member" it would be nice if the patient was able to see what appointments were available and to self schedule vs waiting for staff to help. we currently dont have a front desk staff so clients are forced to hover waiting for a provider to come out to help them schedule.

Online Booking for friends
Clients are booking appointments for their friends. A friends name and phone number NEEDS to be required. This should not be optional! We need to contact the client and we have advanced paperwork. This creating a mess in our system!! Please require and name and phone number. AND dont allow clients to change their profile name to a friends... this is also creating a mess of accounts.

Enhanced and Automated Loyalty Program Features
It would be ideal if Boulevard supported a loyalty platform or loyalty platform partner that can handle tier logic, automatic upgrades/downgrades, and communication without the need to fully custom-build it via Zapier or scripts.
The specific limitations that we'd like to see overcome are:
Tiers not supported: Boulevard’s built-in Loyalty Program is points-based only (earn/redeem). There’s no way to create tiered memberships (e.g., Silver/Gold/Platinum) that upgrade/downgrade based on spend or visit frequency.
Rolling windows unavailable: Boulevard doesn’t expose “spend in last 12 months” or “visits in last 90 days,” so we can’t calculate rolling thresholds natively.

Post-Appointment Messaging and Google Review Link
Allow businesses to customize post-appointment follow-up messaging and to link our review platform, like Google Reviews. Right now, the canned SMS/email only directs clients to rate their experience inside Boulevard. That does nothing to boost a business’s online presence.
I want to be able to insert my own google review link (or other platforms) and to customize my messaging to match our brand voice and marketing strategy.
Without this, Boulevard is limiting growth and keeping reviews locked in its own system instead of helping businesses build the visibility and reputation that actually drive new clients.

Allow customization of discount buttons
Allow customization of discount buttons such that the discounts that are used regularly are easily accessible. Ex: I want a button that has a discount of 3.5% that I can click instead of typing in the discount percentage every time.
