  1. When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

  2. Feature Request: Toggle On/Off for Image Mark-Ups

    Enable the ability to toggle image mark-ups (annotations such as Botox units, injection sites, treatment notes, etc.) on and off when displaying before-and-after photos.

    Currently, when patients view before-and-after images, the photos often contain visible mark-ups showing treatment notes, units, or injection sites. While useful for clinical or internal purposes, these mark-ups distract patients and take away from the emotional impact of the transformation. Patients want to see a clean, side-by-side comparison of results without overlays interfering with their perception of beauty and outcome.

  3. We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.

    Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.

    Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.

  7. I would like to see on the back end an option to create vouchers that can be applied to client's accounts at will by certain permission groups. This would be useful for specials and such. Currently, vouchers are only in Packages and Memberships. Also, I would love if vouchers could be applicable for products, not just services.

  8. For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?

    There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.

    Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

  10. The current forms software is just not as inclusive as all of the others out there. Not being able to send a form separate from an appointment is very inconvenient. I have membership agreements and package agreements that aren't tied to specific appointments, but need to be filled out and kept in the clients profile. what is the point in having online forms if i have to keep separate forms for these things. it makes me want to cancel my forms subscription and use a seperate application. I should also be able to send a form to a designated ipad…

  12. Right now, text reminders are only available for 24 hours before or same day reminders. We have noticed the emails either get lost or go to spam, and 24 hours isn't enough time to fill openings if they cancel . If the 3 or 4 day notification could be text too it would help the business a lot. Clients read texts way more

  13. On the Sales Orders, show breakdown of what was paid by the Client more clearly vs just the overall total of the entire Order. Ex. What they were charged and exactly what for, especially when using a Package/Membership.

  14. It would be great if some offer codes could not be manually selectable from the dropdown menu. For example, we have 100 providers who we want to give unique offer codes to. If we created 100 of them there would be 100 options added to the dropdown menu in checkout. This makes it difficult for our team to find the offer codes that might be active that apply companywide. These 100 unique codes would primarily drive appointments and originate from online booking anyway.

  19. Remain on the products page you were on, even after submitting any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to Page 1. Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

  20. We only want some service providers available to book online for specific time blocks. We would love if we could input multiple availabilities for our employees.

    ex:
    Jane Doe's Schedule
    Monday: 10am-12:30pm,1pm-3:30pm, 4pm-6:30pm

    We have a spa that we only take clients at specific times and in order for our clients to be able to book that online we have to constantly put in reset blocks in their schedules every day they work and repeat the time blocks for months in advance due to the fact that their "schedule" has to say "9am-5pm".
