Closed charts
We need a way to see if patient charts have been closed. First a quick “lock open or closed” on the front desk page to see if charts are open/closed as well as a report showing open charts. This is super important for proper chart compliance.

Ability to track location for account credits
Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

change day of message verbiage
Since we have our cancellation policy set to 24hrs before any penalties, clients recieve the following message the day-of: "Free cancellation or modification before Mon, Nov 3, 2025 at 5:00pm CST. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."
The above statement does not account for the fact that it is already the day of the appointment. Thus, it confuses the clients as the deadline date to cancel and/or modify their appointment has already passed. This could be rectified in one of two ways:

Group Booking
Group booking - instead of going back to the cart to "add more" the system should stop and alert them to select another appointment for the second person before moving to the next step. Currently it allows them to bypass it and go right to the calendar. We have so many guest that are confused on how to book groups or they think they booked their party when really, they only booked one person, leaving the front desk to call them. Also, group bookings should be separated from Individual booking and its own entity. We've also had people book groups…

Phone or ipad locks
Please have the phone or ipad LOCK onto boulevard app when clients are checking in for their paperwork. Our office phones and ipads have other apps which can be confusing when clients are in midst of filling out paperwork if they accidentally move out of the Boulevard app. Other software do this by requiring staff user password to get out of the app once locked.

Provide the ability to a quick click direct link to client transactions within commission reporting.
We need the ability to directly link each commission line item to its corresponding transaction or client record. Providing this level of traceability would streamline the transaction verification process, reduce time spent reconciling payroll, and minimize the risk of commission errors.

report for uncompleted charts
There should be a report that can be run for incomplete charts in the reports tab.

Returns should show in the cient history. Currently There is no way to see a reurn other than the actulal ticket.
Returns should be shown on the client product screen. How do we know if the client returns something, I don't want to keep recommending a product they didn't like.

Add an option to round totals to nearest 5 cents
With the end of Penny production it is only a matter of time before we can no longer deal with odd amounts of change. An option to automatically round totals would be helpful with this (giving options for how rounding happens, and ensuring taxes are still appropriately collected and reported would be greatly appreciated)

No longer able to see negative balance in client payment method.
With the recent update we've lost the capability to intuitively see a clients negative balance on their profile. We would utilize this function quite a bit in order to track/ or keep a running tab for our guests whether that was for cancellation fees or a payment plan.
It would also be nice to be able to see the total negative balance at checkout.

Next membership billing date
We used to be able to see the next billing date, not just the most recent update and start date. It's extremely helpful to be able to forecast cash flow and doing away with this field limits that ability.

It seems like clients can only purchase gift cards online. Is there a way to generate a printable gift card in office when a client is present or calling over the phone?

We NEED to update the gift card section of this booking software. It is near impossible to locate our clients' gift cards in our system. 9/10 times people are not buying gift cards for themselves, so it makes NO sense to only attach gift cards to the person who purchased them. We NEED a "To: " and "From:_" section, it also needs an expiration date column, because ours expire after 5 years and there is no way to tell on this system. As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.

Add a 'Net Service Count' column to Service Sales reports
The column 'Net Service Count' would simply be the sum of the existing columns 'Service Count' minus 'Service Refunds Count'

Client Profile
Clients should be required to enter in all information, such as date of birth and home address at the time of booking their first appointment. A complete profile is essential, especially for marketing purposes.
