  1. There should be a "view and edit" permission for other's appointments instead of just "view, edit, and create" so that staff can take appointments to checkout and modify as needed but cannot create new appointments for others.

  7. I think it would be super helpful if Boulevard had direct shareable links for booking categories/services.

    For example, instead of only sharing the main booking site link and having clients click through each category themselves, it would be amazing if we could directly send a client to a specific category like facials, laser hair removal, injectables, etc. especially through email or SMS.

    I think it would make the booking experience much smoother and quicker for clients looking for specific services. Just wanted to share the idea in case it’s something your team may consider in the future!

  10. For monthly memberships we offer a few one-time complimentary services as part of the membership, and it was great that the free perk was automatically added as a voucher to their profile. However, the issue is that the system is currently adding the free perk every month, when it should only be applied once at the time of sign-up.

  13. Why does a client no longer receive emails/text messages, purchase receipts, appointment confirmation and reminders when they opt out of receiving marketing materials? Marketing, receipts, and appointments are different then marketing.

  14. Currently, group booking is only allowed online, and most of our appointments are booked by the front desk over the phone. When making appointments over the phone, the front desk should be able to book multiple people who are coming in together and have them on the same ticket, rather than have to book each person individually. It doesn't make sense that this would be an option online and not for the front desk agent.

  17. Need to have an alert box or something pop up for Reception staff when a client has not completed their paperwork to prompt Reception to ensure it gets completed. Also, the option to delay sending the arrival text to the provider until after paperwork is completed.

  19. Seeing the week count for booking future appointments is very helpful and it would be equally as helpful to have a negative week count for past dates. On a daily basis a client will be booking their next appointment and ask, "How many weeks did I go from my last appointment?" (because we're always gauging if it felt too short or too long of a time frame.)
    Wanted to give some context to explain how this would be helpful. I've seen other posts requesting it and it says that it was waitlisted in 2023. Hoping to give this (hopefully) simple…

  20. Show block time on app - should be no reason to be on desktop to have to see blocked time during the work day. These should be viewable from the app
