  2. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.

  5. When people call to book and it is done on the business side, there's no way to collect credit card info BEFORE booking the appt. You have to finish booking it (which notifies them) and then go back to the persons account and add in CC info. There needs to be an option to collect a CC before we finish the booking process. We need to have CC info for our cancellation policy. We used to be able to do this with square but BLVD does not let us. It is kind of pointless to ask for the CC after…

  10. The default lead time for online bookings at our salon is 24 hours -- however, we have a couple of stylists who would like to allow same day bookings online. A way to customize lead times per stylist would be helpful!

  12. Front desk team would be able to check clients in faster. Check them out faster as well. The speed of using the website through the ipad is not fast enough and has lots of glitches. We eventually want to get rid of having a desk and have pay stands etc.

  13. Many intake forms are very similar with a lot of the same information and small variants between. It would be super helpful and time saving to be able to duplicate a form entirely, or at least be able to copy/paste the components between two forms.

  15. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  18. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. With BLVD at least one of the connections goes down daily. Personally I would prefer a…

  19. I would love to see more features on the app to make it eaiser for employees to manage out of the salon/spa.

    features such as the messaging capabilities
    seeing the product list so they can sell/ answer question out of work
    allow you to schedule add ons in the app
    view the waitlist in the app

    m any stylist/ therapist/ technicians deal with client schedules outside of business hours so I would love for them to have the ability to use the app for these features

  20. An example of how to use a uniquely assigned form would be a membership sign-up. There are conditions and rules for our memberships but no way in Boulevard to assign a form to one person without booking an appointment. Ideally we could assign a form and have them fill it out on an iPad whenever we want.
