  6. The loyalty program can also include client referrals. So when you refer someone, you automatically get points once it is added to your account, instead of manually keeping track. Heavy on client referrals.

  7. going in to each service and customizing is soooooo laborious. List all service and just check a box if the tech can -perform that service instead of hving to customize each service!!!!

  10. Sometimes mistakes are made during the checkout process. It would help if we were able to edit closed orders. Example: We scheduled a same day client for a future day, closed out the order and are unable to remove her from the calendar for that future day.

  12. It would be awesome, especially with the new photo mark-up capabilities to be able to upload multiple photos to a chart at once. Currently what have 10 individual photo upload boxes on all our charts to be able to gather all the necessary angles and priority areas. It's very time consuming and in consistent. Now that mark-up is here, It would be phenomenal if this was the next issue tackled to really come full circle when it comes to photos in the charts!

  13. When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

  14. Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

  18. If a client adds a note to an appointment they've booked it would be nice if we could be notified so we could check to see if there are any special instructions or requests. Sometimes a client will add a note to an appointment for something that we don't offer so it'd be nice to let them know as soon as possible.

  20. I would love if there was a way that we could set up relationships between clients. Clients sometimes call and say they share a 'membership' or credit card with their husband and we have to ask the name and info of the husband etc. Or another example is someone wants to book an appointment for their 'sister' and there's no way to link the accounts. It would be much easier if we could see who a client is 'related' to in our system.
