  1. Our staff member has double booked on their schedule accidentally and we are wondering if there is a way to receive a pop-up alert notifying our staff that they already have an existing booking on their calendar for the requested time.

    Would help to prevent anyone from double booking on their own calendar!

  2. Automated Pre and Post care instructions to be sent out with select services. This way as soon as clients book an appointment they are sent the appropriate forms to fill out as well as a second email with pre-care instructions (for us this would be for permanent makeup services). This way when they arrive for their appointment they are set up for success. Then, upon checkout, they would be sent another email with their aftercare instructions. This would be amazing!!

  3. When DEACTIVATING STAFF, it will show that the staff member has an upcoming appointment, and that continuing to deactivate will not cancel the appointment, but may hide it.

    PLEASE make it so that we can find WHERE this appointment is. Dates. Times. Etc. It's crazy to look around and still not find it. Sometimes it several months into the future.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

  5. We have some clients that like to book out for 6+ months at a time. It would be great to have an option to print out the whole list of future appointments as opposed to only one at a time so the client can add them to their calendars.

  8. Hello,
    When a client books for someone else like their spouse, sibling, or friend, and books the appt under their own name, it would be really nice o be able to switch the names/info without cancelling the appt. Cancelling is such a hassle when the guest is right in front of you and we need to make a quick change before they go back with their provider.

    We also like to keep notes on our guests for future reference on massage and skin care protocols, cannot link notes to the right profile if we cannot switch the names.

  12. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

Currently an appointment shows as completed if we charge them per the cancellation policy. the BLVD process is to click the cancel button and then document the appt as either late cancellation or no-show, upon which we are asked if we want to charge the customer. Charging the customer should happen, per the policy, but the appt status should remain No-Show or Late Cancel.

  19. Memberships should live in the Memberships section of the Manage Business Tab and Manage Location so that there is information solely on products in the Products tab and memberships can be built and viewed in the Memberships tab.
