  3. Recurring blocks should have how often they repeat noted on them. Also, the ability to create recurring blocks should allow for specific dates. Ex: a block is placed on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead of a block recurring every 4 weeks, there should be an option for the block to repeat on the first Tuesday of every month following.

  8. It would be helpful for reporting purposes to take service packages (vouchers) out of the Products category and have them as their own standalone.

    Currently when you create a package for a service it has to be entered in as a product. This is misleading when you run a sales report as you see actual product sales and service package sales as one number.

  9. Team is struggling with the mobile view. Liked how on Vagaro they could see their whole week or monthly schedule on one screen vs. seeing only a day or three at a time.

  10. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

  11. Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.

    Examples:

    1. listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
    2. A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.

    Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

  13. As a medical practice a patient's DOB is required. Please do the following;

    1) Require Birthdate when patients book online for the first time thereby automatically pulling it into their Client Profile,
    2) Change the Birthdate Forms field so it does not automatically default to "Today's Date" on the mini calendar selector (many patients are clicking on Today's Date accidentally),
    3) Add a field that automatically calculates the Age based on Birthdate

  15. going in to each service and customizing is soooooo laborious. List all service and just check a box if the tech can -perform that service instead of hving to customize each service!!!!

  17. Could you integrate a service like AfterPay, Klarna, Affirm etc to allow salon owners to offer a payment plan type solution?

    For instance, our offer includes:

    1x Full Set - $119 to $169

    1x Refill Savings Plan Month ($108-$199)

    1x Gratuity.

    Most are OK with paying the $227 to $300+ price for the deal but we do get push back. Could be cool to offer them the option to spread the first big expense over say 2-3 payments. Would take the edge off, especially with our younger guests.

  20. More refined permissions, beyond the current "Manage Business" or "Manage Location" tabs access level. They need the ability to grant permissions for specific tasks within this tab. For example, a business may want to permit a team member to manage inventory levels but restrict access to product creation, employee management, or other sensitive areas.

    This granular control would enable businesses to delegate responsibilities accurately while safeguarding critical operational aspects.
