Allow multiple product usages for each service
Many services require multiple products to be used, so allowing for more than one product to be used per service would allow for better inventory tracking

Block clients from booking with specific service provider
Some service providers prefer not to provide services for specific clients, but they are welcome to book with others. If there was a block function, we would not have to manually change appointment times/dates on other schedules.

Multi-Service Discount Offer
Enhance the offer system to allow businesses to create discounts that require booking multiple specific services. This would include the ability to set up "and" combinations (e.g., "Service A and Service B and Service C") rather than just "or" combinations. This feature would give businesses more flexibility in creating promotional offers and encourage clients to book multiple services.

Better Inventory Reporting
Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.
Examples:
- listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
- A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.
Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

Manager/owner features on mobile app
We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

Group bookings in the Dashboard
It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

Example: We set a recurring appointment for 12 visits at 1PM on Thursdays. If there are 2 Thursdays that are unavailable at that time, the business should be notified and unable to book those times.
This would increase the efficiency when booking recurring appointments and prevent double booking from occurring. Our business heavily relies on batch booking sessions and consistently have 5-6 clients coming in/out at a time. If a team member has to book week by week for each client, it takes up…67 votes
