Group bookings in the Dashboard
It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

Better Inventory Reporting
Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.
Examples:
- listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
- A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.
Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

Manager/owner features on mobile app
We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

product commissions by staff
Create a Products tab Just like how Boulevard has a Services tab under each staff member under the Manage section. This would allow custom settings of commissions based on products or categories of products. It's such a chore to manually calculate commissions for certain employees after switching to BLVD.

Upload Multiple Photos at Once In Charts
It would be awesome, especially with the new photo mark-up capabilities to be able to upload multiple photos to a chart at once. Currently what have 10 individual photo upload boxes on all our charts to be able to gather all the necessary angles and priority areas. It's very time consuming and in consistent. Now that mark-up is here, It would be phenomenal if this was the next issue tackled to really come full circle when it comes to photos in the charts!

Advanced offers logic for groups of services
Would be awesome if there was a way to create an offer code that would be applicable only when services are purchased together - for example we give 50% off a sauna session when it is purchased with another service.
Currently we cannot have the system automatically apply the code since it will give the discount to the sauna as a stand alone service.

Provide more details for disputed transactions
The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

Show Time Checked In And Time When Checked Out- Track How Long Services Are Taking
It would be helpful to have it log when the client checks in as arrived or in service to when they get checked out so as owners we can see on average how long each service is taking each one of our employees and we can adjust the service to match that.

Manually Push/Force Text Appointment Confirmations
We would like to see an option to manually push/force text appointment confirmations. We currently have text confirmations set to go out 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients do not confirm via text or email, the front desk will then call the client the day before to confirm their appointment.
With our previous scheduling system, our front desk staff was able to manually send out text confirmations each Saturday for appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. With BLVD, the text confirmations for appointments scheduled on Monday go out Saturday evening and confirmations for appointments scheduled on Tuesday…
