It would be nice to have a more obvious alert with sound perhaps for incoming text messages.

Please put in options for additional notifications to see new messages on the Contact Center.

Get on screen alerts when text messages come in - no alerts just because texts are on going. Like on a cell phone or on a messaging app

Instead of keeping a number signifying all open conversations, it would be helpful if the notification operated the same as iMessage, only popping up when a new message has been received.

When someone texts us I wish we had a pop-up message until we view it that showed us someone new has texted us, also a way to delete text messages.

Add a pop up that we got a new message instead of the notification number on the top.
