  1. Front desk team would be able to check clients in faster. Check them out faster as well. The speed of using the website through the ipad is not fast enough and has lots of glitches. We eventually want to get rid of having a desk and have pay stands etc.

  4. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.

  5. The default lead time for online bookings at our salon is 24 hours -- however, we have a couple of stylists who would like to allow same day bookings online. A way to customize lead times per stylist would be helpful!

  10. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  14. When people call to book and it is done on the business side, there's no way to collect credit card info BEFORE booking the appt. You have to finish booking it (which notifies them) and then go back to the persons account and add in CC info. There needs to be an option to collect a CC before we finish the booking process. We need to have CC info for our cancellation policy. We used to be able to do this with square but BLVD does not let us. It is kind of pointless to ask for the CC after…

  17. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!
