  1. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

  2. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  3. We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.

    Ability to see gift cards purchased for others in client profile
    Ability to see gift cards gifted to/from another client in client profile
    Ability to offer promotional gift cards (buy $100, get $50)
    Ability to share gift cards with other clients

  4. I would love if there was a way that we could set up relationships between clients. Clients sometimes call and say they share a 'membership' or credit card with their husband and we have to ask the name and info of the husband etc. Or another example is someone wants to book an appointment for their 'sister' and there's no way to link the accounts. It would be much easier if we could see who a client is 'related' to in our system.

  5. Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

  8. When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

  10. If a client adds a note to an appointment they've booked it would be nice if we could be notified so we could check to see if there are any special instructions or requests. Sometimes a client will add a note to an appointment for something that we don't offer so it'd be nice to let them know as soon as possible.

  18. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.

  20. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.
