  1. In the Detailed Staff Summary under Staff Performance, it shows the entire order. So if the order # had multiple service providers, it shows all of the breakdown.
    We need a report or a way that will show only the service performed by the specified service provider

  2. Being able to see when the students clock in and out from break, lunch, coming and going will make it easier for the Front Desk Receptionist to schedule clients. At the moment we have to manually check in who is here and who is not here daily, and have to keep an eye out on who is coming and leaving the establishment. Timecards connected to the students profile will minimize the booking time for clients.

  3. Group bookings are a large part of our business and when there are 8 or more in one group booking, we need to be alerted on a specific email to provide VIP service when they make any updates to their appointment and upon arrival.

    Additionally, when they add their 8th appointment, the client should be only allowed to book a luxe service - that is also bookable online, but generally it's easier to handle manually.

  5. We currently have 2 locations, but our phones ring at both locations, so whoever picks up the phone call first will need to view not only their own location's schedule, but the other as well. Other staff members should also be able to book for another staff member at another location, even if they do not work there.

    Boulevard currently only allows us to assign all employees to both locations in order to view, edit and add new appointments; however, this causes confusion since service providers only work at a specific location. This is misleading for guests sine they can…

  12. Contractors have ability to see schedule across all companies they are working for. So if they are working for 2 salons on blvd - they can see schedule for both so they dont get double booked and can work both salons on 1 day.

  17. We would love to have the fields under the "Type" column filterable, for example we can filter only "service_discount" lines. This would also allow us to load more data at one time in this report, which crashes when too much data is loaded.

  19. wants to have "member" and "past member" added to the filters on the client tab - for memberships that haven't been used in a while they would show as "past member" and members who are currently "active" would be noted in their account. This would help eliminate chargebacks for customers who are being billed that have not come back in a while and also an easy way to report on members who are not active or are past to get them back into the business.
