  6. An option to disable patients from being able to cancel their appointment through email. That way we can get patient to call in to not lose that appointment.

  9. Similar to how services are set/customized per staff and type; the options being:
    Client booked appt requested, client booked appt non-requested, Requested appt moved into schedule, non-requested appt moved out of schedule, appt moved within day, appt moved to another day, appt cancelled for request, appt cancelled for non-request, appt booked along with guest, appt booked on behalf of, service/addon added, service/addon removed, recurring appt created, recurring appt removed, daily roster of appts.

    And ability to set notifications locked to push on/off, email on/off, SMS on/off.

    Ability to control whether each type of these notifications are done only for activity…

  12. If a client gets a discount on their membership using an offer code, there should be the ability for that offer code to apply each renewal and the client continues to get the membership at a discounted rate

  13. Small detail, but the products section in the gear tab has filters for Brands, Categories, Status. The products section in the manage location tab has Categories, Brands, Status.

    Swapping categories and brands in one of the places would be great (preferably in the gear tab). I find myself clicking in the wrong one to filter when I am in the gear tab because they are swapped.

  14. We need a central place to save contacts and then in the locked section we like to save login details that only Admins can see. I want to save more contacts in here and then be able to search by their name, etc.

  15. We often have multiple purchase orders open at one time. Need to be able to see the "Memo" field on the Purchase Orders summary screen to figure out which one we are opening. Otherwise we waste time clicking through until we get the right one.

  16. It would be SO useful if we could hide or deactivate tags without completely deleting them. We have so many old tags on client profiles because there's a chance they might be useful later and so we don't want to completely delete them, but most of the time they are just cluttering profiles and appointments.

  17. When someone isn't quite ready to book, but says that they'd want to in Next month, we should have the option to mark it in a way where it notifies the admin team to check in on the first day of the next month.

    Additionally, the system should be surfacing the most likely to book at any given time and reminding us to check in with them.

  18. When editing an employee schedule, you can change a single day. When completing the change the schedule for all upcoming shifts on that same day of the week. The problem is, the system doesn't just update upcoming shifts, it updates every <day> for eternity with the new schedule. The logic should change to only update the already scheduled shifts, OR the statement should be changed to read "apply this change to all <days>"

  20. A search bar for the Suppliers section would allow quick and easy access to Supplier information, especially for businesses who have high eCommerce / retail volume.

    Other businesses may choose to use this section as an 'address book' / rolodex for storing other partner information who may not explicitly be retail-related.
