If setting a recurring appointment, Boulevard should flag if one of those upcoming times is unavailable.
If setting a recurring appointment, Boulevard should flag if one of those upcoming times is unavailable.
Example: We set a recurring appointment for 12 visits at 1PM on Thursdays. If there are 2 Thursdays that are unavailable at that time, the business should be notified and unable to book those times.
This would increase the efficiency when booking recurring appointments and prevent double booking from occurring. Our business heavily relies on batch booking sessions and consistently have 5-6 clients coming in/out at a time. If a team member has to book week by week for each client, it takes up a lot of time and decreases the client experience.

It should also tell us when the client only has 1-2 appointments left of their recurring appointments since we cant book out indefinitely. I have clients for lashes that book out as far as i can but they have ran out and we didnt know so they showed up but someone else also booked that spot since their recurring ended.

When booking recurring appointments there are overlapping with other ones. Suggest that it would let you know ahead of time before it drops them in

This would be amazing if implemented!! Right now we are having to do it manually to ensure we have no issues, the system definitely is not helping us work smarter

Request: Notification/ alert when new appointments are booked over recurring appointments
Feedback: The problem was that even though the reccuring appt was made manually and not online, the system still allowed it to be booked over top and existing client. With reoccuring appts this should not be able to happen! Its too messy and creates too much work and too high risk for double booking and late catches to contact client. Do not allow appts to be able to be booked on top of already existing appts

When booking standing appointments, it allows us to book every appointment without notifying or stopping us because of a conflict. We are able to book on top of other appointments. There should be some kind of way to notify us that it won't work.

When booking recurring appointments, there should be a notification of any conflicts with stylists schedule. When we send a guest an email of appointments, they should not have to get multiple emails of adjustments to scheduling conflicts if there are already appointments booked on days scheduled.

In an ideal world when we schedule a year's worth of appointments we need the option to see overlapping appointments and alternatives suggested. Most clients understand that they need to be occasionally flexible.
