  6. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  7. Hello,
    When a client books for someone else like their spouse, sibling, or friend, and books the appt under their own name, it would be really nice o be able to switch the names/info without cancelling the appt. Cancelling is such a hassle when the guest is right in front of you and we need to make a quick change before they go back with their provider.

    We also like to keep notes on our guests for future reference on massage and skin care protocols, cannot link notes to the right profile if we cannot switch the names.

  9. Create a Products tab Just like how Boulevard has a Services tab under each staff member under the Manage section. This would allow custom settings of commissions based on products or categories of products. It's such a chore to manually calculate commissions for certain employees after switching to BLVD.

  15. I do not want to give staff access to all reporting. It would be great if they had access to see their tips at the end of the day. This would be great to see a tip report on the mobile app as well.

Currently an appointment shows as completed if we charge them per the cancellation policy. the BLVD process is to click the cancel button and then document the appt as either late cancellation or no-show, upon which we are asked if we want to charge the customer. Charging the customer should happen, per the policy, but the appt status should remain No-Show or Late Cancel.

  20. We offer seasonal services, and we just had someone schedule our fall Pumpkin Spice service in January. It would be nice to limit the calendar time that these services are available to be booked.
