Improve Marketing Metrics
Providing us with metrics on the marketing campaigns that are sent out. I want to be able to see who it was sent to and who booked an appointment. Open rates etc.

Im concerned about the validity of the metrics without clear optics.
I created a campaign and received quick metrics for completed appointments however we were closed all the days between setting up the campaign and seeing the resulting metrics. How would appointments have been completed when we were closed?
Optics should be a non negotiable in this.

Ive started using your marketing through emails. I do like the service addition but I should be able to see what appointments were booked through email marketing and which ones booked, came, and cashed out. There has got to be far more information that you just telling me a guest booked through the email.

I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.
At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.
I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain a report detailing who we were charged for and who came in supposedly due to the marketing emails. To my surprise, I found my daughters and sister on the list. I asked if they ever received the emails and when they looked, they had but had NEVER even opened them.
When I used Frederick via Booker, the billing process was transparent and equitable. I'm willing to pay more for marketing, but I need assurance that it's genuinely effective. Notably, my previous provider only charged for emails that were opened and resulted in direct bookings through the link in the email. An up to date report was always available of who received emails, who opened emails and who booked through the email.

Report that displays the total number of clients who have opened a OTB or Automated Campaign as well as the client's names.

Be able to view which clients click on the emails and which clients unsubscribe to them. Also, be able to add in emails and phone numbers without having to add them as a client in order to send a marketing email.

Report that shows which emails were not delivered when an OTB or campaign were sent. The report can also display who unsubscribed, who opened, who clicked what button and what emails bounced.

Email marketing needs to show the open rate and the click rate. Our click rates are 1% which is very low. It is very hard to see if anyone is opening them at all. The standard is an open rate and we really need that information.

100% AGREED! This is critical! Better and more robust marketing services or please integrate BLVD with MailChimp, Constant Contact or something with more tools! Please engineers, this is vital to business!

- Ability to save a custom mailing list. BLVD charges per email sent, but does not allow for the ability to remove clients from a list created with very limited filters. I want to make sure the emails I'm sending reach their targeted audience, and need to be able to remove clients from lists (like staff, etc.)
- Ability to upload a mailing list and save it - if BLVD charges to send out emails, we should be able to upload lists to send them to the clients we want!
- Better metrics to review the success of email campaigns. Need the ability to view which clients decided to un-subscribe from mailers, who opened the email, who clicked the link. Stats provided provide very little insight.
- Ability to subscribe clients to Saved Audiences/Remove Clients from Saved Audiences
- Better filters! Filters that "include" specific clients, and filters that "exclude clients" - Example, Include All clients that see a specific service provider, Exclude clients that have seen the service provider only one time. More granular filters are needed! -

Would like the marketing to have more options for choosing demographic. not been in for 30, 60, 90, 180 days. Should be able to see names of marketing recipients and whether or not they have open the email. Love Blvd but Frederick and Zenoti Smart Marketing are much more effective.

I would love to know how many of our emails are opened by recipients and would like to see this as a trackable metric.
