    we are coming across too many clients using cc's that do not work if they no show. we need some sort of verification without charging to make sure it is a valid card.

    It would be great to be able to print our forms and charts both before the client or providers fill them out and also after they have been completed. It's nice to have them on file in office, especially when it comes to post care information. It would be good to have the form with that info to give to the client.

    Be able to view which clients click on the emails and which clients unsubscribe to them. Also, be able to add in emails and phone numbers without having to add them as a client in order to send a marketing email.
