    Feedback and Pain Points:

    What is really upsetting is that blvd charges for sending over 500 emails, and as a customer you have no ability to control who receives each campaign, no way to see who unsubscribed, no way to view in a client's history if they were sent a particular mailing campaign, etc. The marketing just isn't at a place where it's okay to charge.

    As an account, it's important that we have the ability to send our marketing emails to who we want in an efficient way, and at this time, the only way for me to create a custom list is to go through the extremely time consuming process of making a tag and going through dozens of clients

    I think the easiest fix is to allow the creation of a custom audience, and just select or de-select clients you want to be a part of that audience.

    One more note - the ability to exclude clients that already have appointments booked is a big one! A filter that says "has an upcoming appointment" could be extremely handy for businesses.

    For example, we used to use STX and to be honest, while there were many disadvantages to using that booking system, their marketing filters and lists were far superior to blvd. One time we had a huge snowstorm out of nowhere in NYC and I was away on vacation. I was able to send out an email to every client that had an upcoming appointment booked the next day that we decided to be closed by filtering clients that had an upcoming appointment on a specific day and emailing them all at the same time

    I'd be grateful if you can provide feedback to the development team on my behalf. Some of the suggestions I think may be relatively easy to implement, like creating a new filter for clients with upcoming appointments or the option to create a custom audience, and they would make a huge difference to the impact of marketing or mass email announcements.

    - Ability to save a custom mailing list. BLVD charges per email sent, but does not allow for the ability to remove clients from a list created with very limited filters. I want to make sure the emails I'm sending reach their targeted audience, and need to be able to remove clients from lists (like staff, etc.)
    - Ability to upload a mailing list and save it - if BLVD charges to send out emails, we should be able to upload lists to send them to the clients we want!
    - Better metrics to review the success of email campaigns. Need the ability to view which clients decided to un-subscribe from mailers, who opened the email, who clicked the link. Stats provided provide very little insight.
    - Ability to subscribe clients to Saved Audiences/Remove Clients from Saved Audiences
    - Better filters! Filters that "include" specific clients, and filters that "exclude clients" - Example, Include All clients that see a specific service provider, Exclude clients that have seen the service provider only one time. More granular filters are needed!

    It would be amazing to be able to pinch the screen on the app to make it smaller to be able to view the full day of the schedule (at maximum zoom out).
