View an audit log of user actions
It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

this would be great. so we know when it was scheduled, rescheduled, confirmed, arrived, and checked out.
the time stamp for arrived until check out would be super helpful for our tracking to know if patients are being taken care of in a timely manner and how long the appointment took total

A log of every change to appointments and to tickets would be very beneficial including when an appt is deleted, a service is changed or deleted, a service is rescheduled to another provider...log should include time of change and who made change

It would be great if we could track clients rescheduling. Appointments are moved but there is no tracking on the appointment. Cronic rescheduling is just as bad as rescheduling.

We need to be able to see the staff members that edit appointments along with what the edits are for training purposes and to correct errors.

I want to be able to see every time a client is moved. Right now, all I see is when a client time is moved but I would also like to see if the technician was changed and which staff member moved it to a different technician

Having a tab dedicated to all activity done through staff would be a huge help. For example: team member A booked X for (date & time), or team member b sold (product) to (client) on (date & time).

There should be a history of when the account was created. "John Doe created this account on 12/16/2023."

When service providers move the appts..not cancel...but edit the date and time - we cannot see that history. This is critical
