Please consider that you're playing in the Med-Spa space now that these logs are critical to our operations. We are a busy practice and not having these time stamps is a gigantic pain-point for us.

I keep having to waste time bothering support to dig into issues. Both fo our other platforms had timestamps of every single change made, etc to appointments. I NEED this for so many facets of operating that it's really becoming an operational issue on our end. please make this happen asap!
An error occurred while saving the comment Bryan Bernstein commentedI need all logs of appointments. I'm dying without this. I keep asking for timestamps of any and all changes. It's hard to have no accountability for my desk staff as well as the clients, especially with disputes for no shows, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Bryan Bernstein commentedThis is killing us right now! We are a busy Med-Spa and we communicate heavily with clients via text. Having these automated texts go out is an incredible asset to BLVD however having it automatically close our conversations that we're in with clients about treatments is completely unacceptable. Unless someone remembers who they were speaking to it's a massive headache to go back and find the message which may contain scheduling information, etc. Not a good look for us from a client perspective when we don't reach back out because our conversation was closed.
This is 100% something that needs to be able to be turned on or off. We have 2 cases opened about this happening. Please push this to a high-level status.Bryan Bernstein supported this idea · -

Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

Modifiers are perfect for the med-spa space with the ability to force a modifier, cost and time but the no reporting is killing us. Add-on reports, but lacks the functionality from a booking perspective. please make this happen asap! :)
