When service providers move the appts..not cancel...but edit the date and time - we cannot see that history. This is critical

yes!! and for invalid cc's throughout - not just via memberships. we dont offer memberships but we have cancellation policy. It is very frustrating when we cannot process our policy fees due to invalid and expired cards.

Make it so that not ALL loyalty points get used at once. For example, when our clients reach 2,000pts. that = $10 toward their service. For clients who accumulated more than but the points were overlooked at previous checkouts and now have a lot more to use, we have to honor a much larger discount toward service. our program is designed to not allow more than $10 at a time (2,000pts). If it would auto apply at 2,000 pts. the $10 OR allow for allocating point values that would allow our program to make sense and work more efficiently.
