It is absolutely bizzare how incredibly UN-user friendly BLVD app is. We made a HUGE transition from our previous solution because we thought BLVD had much more to offer, then to realize that their app is so insanely useless? Why offer an app without ALL of the same capabilities of the desktop?

All of our iPad keyboards operate with the iPad in the landscape position. The app would be more useful if we could use the keypad with the iPad.

I use the app on an iPad with a keyboard, so I typically view my screen in landscape mode. It would be helpful for the app to be able to switch between landscape and portrait mode.

When using a keyboard I have to turn my head sideways to read and type while on the app. Can this please be fixed and turn with the tablet like all other apps do? Thanks.

I can't even believe i have to suggest this. But here's a novel idea, allow for auto rotation on ipad so people can use a keyboard on ipad. So ridiculous this isn't already done. whoever is running your tech options needs fired. you allow it on phone but not tablet... wow!

The business would like the ability for the mobile app to be seen in landscape view.

We have a stand for our iPad but its horizontal, It would be nice if the app had the ability to switch from vertical and horizontal!

We have an iPad stand that is horizontal. We can no tuse it for BLVD because the app doesn't support horizontal.
