It is absolutely bizzare how incredibly UN-user friendly BLVD app is. We made a HUGE transition from our previous solution because we thought BLVD had much more to offer, then to realize that their app is so insanely useless? Why offer an app without ALL of the same capabilities of the desktop?

This same idea is so critical for our business and I am astonished that Blvd does not have the capability to pull new client information. This is a vitally important process for our business as we value follow up with all our new customers. Following up with new clients allows us to get them back in the door and show them that we care about their previous experience. Without the capability to do so, we are losing money.
