  2. Client and Stylist should get an Email confirmation upon cancelation, regardless if the client cancels it, or it gets cancelled in house... Either way, an email confirmation should go out under every circumstance.

The code entered in the client instructions part of the details page that shows up in confirmation/action needed emails is displaying properly in the emails, but when you click the link it takes you to the appointment details page where you can see the all the formatting code for the client instructions below the address and map.

  5. We need the ability to accept Visa giftcards. Many of our clients have been trying to use their Visa giftcard to pay for their service and we have had to tell them to use a different card. This poses an issue being some clients don't always have another alternative to pay.

  7. This option for staff to elect, or for business to choose would further comply with HR guidelines regarding "work that occurs off the clock". Receiving notices of work activity that may or may not trigger an employee to do or think about work is cause for employees to have grounds to "be doing work from home".

    Employers in regions with stipulations on this should create company policy explicitly stating that notification of client booking, cancelling, rescheduling are to be accepted during work hours only. In the case that they would like real time notice of this regardless of work-state, they…

  10. Would like to be able to add transition time to every 2 appointments.

    "We have to optimize his schedule pretty intensely now with these added blocks throughout his day.

    We can't edit the shift to be every 30 minutes cause if we had a 15 minute block at the end of each second cut, it removes an appointment on a :15 or :45."

  11. This business is asking for an option to select multiple services on the drop down menu when booking from the Calendar View. Currently, you have to go back into the drop down if you are looking to add a 2nd and 3rd service. They are asking for a checkbox that you can go down the row and check whatever services they are looking to book all at once.

  12. On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.

    If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.

  15. ...along with next column showing that date's total duration to help with overtime summations. It is extremely time consuming to have to eye ball reports to identify when overtime math should be used on a day by day and week by week basis. Another nice option would also be a week by week total. I am quite sure that in most states that overtime calcs are only evaluated on daily and weekly basis and providing those two totals would be fantastically useful to all managers and payroll processors.   20. Pre-booking Defaults should be the same on the calendar when using the extraction operator "" >> " because the option to pick pre-booking defaults should be the same across the board. Currently the checkout window has different pre-booking defaults than the calendar when you press the extraction operator "" >> " button.
