I would like to make a request for an additional tab in client notes section such as misc, we need nsurance communication for only staff it we had a tab we can create this easily. We need medications and allergies but we also could use some misc tabs that we can create in addition

Reschedule report
Need to be able to locate specific appointments that were rescheduled on a particular date. Search date and be able to see all appointments that were originally scheduled on that day.

Allow a form to populate for all clients/patients every January
Currently there are two options for forms to populate
-every appointment or
-once per patient/client
I believe it would be beneficial to have a third option where a certain form would be auto assigned to all clients or clients that get a specific service to be required to complete a form yearly- assigned in January1 vote -
Prompting for gratuity only for selected services
Having the option to select certain services to prompt for gratuity would be ideal. We do not want all of our services asking, but for facials, etc. there would be a need.

Gift Card Liability report
It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

Very often when I am merging two client profiles the second profile will not pop up, I am sure I am entering the information correctly.

Schedule reminders for providers
It would be great if we could set a notification that sends a daily reminder of the providers schedule of patients/clients before each day begins to the staff.

Mark-Ups - Ability to Select Product Used
It would be amazing from the Mark-Ups to allow to select from a list which product was used. Perhaps a drop down and color coded would be amazing.

Priority tags for waitlists
Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

Add built-in installment payment feature
Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

Appointment details need to reflect ALL appointment adjustments, not only when it was rescheduled.
We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.
(EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)
