Create a way to create tasks and tag other colleagues, etc. For example, be able to flag an appt and ask the front desk staff to reschedule, tag something for someone else to review, create a task for someone to call and follow up with someone about something and choose the staff I want to assign it to

  2. you need a way to book lunch breaks easily, ongoing. the 52 week limit on ongoing repeated blocks is frustrating- should not have to remember to reset it every 52 weeks. Lunch breaks are pretty standard necessity in a schedule!!

    Also- it allows an opportunity for online scheduling to sneak through before you reset it )=

    Also an easier holiday feature to block would be nice

  3. Please allow clients to cancel from their reminder!!! This isn't new technology, our old lame software offered this option. It's so much easier and faster than the current options for canceling

  4. Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Also on the backend, it would be nice to see when we refunded the membership in the membership…

  5. If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

  6. Lead capture of name, phone #, and email when someone clicks the booking link but does not book. In order to accomplish this, ask for this information prior to seeing booking options.

  7. It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.

    Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

  10. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

    Currently, we need to download this report each time we want to filter and this isnt optimal.

  14. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  16. it's possible to pull an existing scheduling alert via the API but not create one. this is a beneficial route as opposed to tagging client/appts since the alert appears upon appointment creation, rather than after an appointment has already been made.

  18. It would be extremely helpful to give the chart reviewing providers a notification that a new chart needs to be reviewed. Additionally, if it there were something as simple as adding a number notification onto the "schedule" box where they go to review the charts saying "3" as in 3 charts still need to be reviewed - could be shown next to the "needs review" option on the filter drop down as well.

    Sometimes charts get behind and if the reviewing provider is caught up, they will not know when something new gets submitted unless they scroll back far enough.

  19. We would LOVE to be able to change the way our stylists are listed to guests when booking online. Even if we could change from most expensive to least and go the opposite would be nice from time to time. They are the ones building their books the most and I want to see if that helps get them more results:) But just having the option to have them come up differently when booking online would be AMAZING!
