  4. In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

  7. We have an automatic 18% gratuity, but online booking allows guests to enter a custom amount. This creates confusion and issues at checkout when we remind them of our auto gratuity policy and they respond with "well why was I able to customize it online then?"

    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

    I’ve been asking for YEARS—
    Why the hell don’t we have profile pictures for clients in the system?!
    Seriously… we deal with hundreds of names, and it would make a HUGE difference to put a face with the name. 🧠📸

    Not only would it help us remember people better, but it levels up the entire client experience. Imagine being greeted like a regular at your favorite bar—“Hey Lisa!” instead of “Uhh…what’s your name again?”

    Even more important: We should be snapping a quick pic every time they leave their appointment.
    Why? Because it:

  18. Managers have access and should be able to edit timecards for service providers and other non-management employees. They should still not be able to edit their own timecards - this should be left to Admins only.
