  2. Allow an internal note function for gift card purchases so that gift cards given for a donation to a non-profit or local fundraiser can be tracked even if the business doesn't know the end recipient. I donate to local orgs all the time and have no way of tracking which gift card number corresponds to a given fundraiser at the moment.

  3. Gift card purchases should have the option to add an internal note. I donate gift cards to local non-profits all the time and have no way to track which gift card number corresponds to which non-profit donation. I don't necessarily know the end recipient since they're often used for silent auctions, etc. but it would be nice to be able to note what an internal gift card was used for.

This is critical as we have independent contractors and hourly employees and our hourly employees have the capabilities to accept walk ins/last minute booking however our contractors need lead times in order to make it into the salon if they are not here already, we need to be able to completely customize these options per employee profile or we run the risk of loosing business by setting lead times out so far or a client booking with not enough time for them to get here.

  5. With a significant increase in no-shows and late cancellations, allow clients to input their Credit Card information within the Client Portal. This allows the clients to have control and feel safer rather than giving information over the phone. This credit card is used to hold the appointment and charge for no-shows and late cancellations. If needed, the client can access their portal to update the credit card in the future. Additionally, allow the salon to send them a link to input this information or fill out an intake form prior to the appointment.

  6. NOT just for staff members/providers. Its weird you can do it on the calendar (GREAT!) but not an option on front desk?? I use the front desk view a lot, and right now there is no way to see what the service category is without clicking buttons, etc.

  11. As a business owner it is critical for a lot of us who have booth renters or room renters to be able to properly collect rent. Having a separate spot to be able to collect daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly options and be able to set it to autopay on set dates. We need to be able to run reports for this information as well to properly track for our taxes as well as provide this report to our renters for their taxes.

    1. When marking up a face sheet- allow the patient name to be viewable when the image is selected.

    2. Update dot sizes, the pencil size is really too small for average facial markup and the one with units attached is the perfect size (but the units all over is too distracting) remove the units!

  13. It would be very helpful to assign text messages to staff members. Staff will start a conversation and it's helpful if a response comes in while they are with a patient to assign to them and alert them it's needing their attention.

  14. There needs to be a way to manually set and choose how the total cost of the package is split between vouchers, so as not to skew provider metrics. For example, I have a package priced at $3,200 that includes a FREE facial and five syringes of filler; however, it breaks the facial down to be worth $1,600, which will skew my injectors' numbers and inflate my esthetians' numbers.

  16. Having the ability to push more new clients to book with specific stylists on Boulevard, you could implement a targeted booking within the software based on percentages to increase a specific stylist's new clientele.

If we make changes to a form that someone already completed, allow clients to select the option to pull data from previous form for the matching fields, meaning they only have to update for revisions. This would also be helpful for annual updates. They could pull the data from last year's form, then change as needed. Giving them the "option" could help solve the privacy situation because the data wouldn't be initially visible.

  18. We need cards on file for appointments so a quickbook link with the service and time slot already chosen would be awesome then all they have to do is input their info & card.
